I reached out to this law firm about a probate issue and was told it would be a flat rate of $11000 i was pushed to put half down on the spot i told the lawyer i would have to talk with the family about it then less then 30 minutes later he calls and says i can do a affidavit of heirship for $5000 and again i was pushed to put half down again he was told it had to be discussed with the family this morning i consulted another lawyer to find a affidavit of heirship does not even go to court it is only paperwork filed with the court house when i asked the cost of this it came as a surprise he is only going to charge $500 for his services so please do not fall for the claims of this firm of a flat rate you will be wasting your money and time. read more

I initially asked to speak and meet with Kyle, but was told Lorenza Cigarroa was in charge of estate law. I had a disappointing experience with Lorenza. She had us pay in advance for an in person meeting. At the meeting she didn't have an answer to one of the primary questions we discussed and provided in writing prior to the meeting. After prompting her for a response, she provided a partial answer a week later. I am modifying this review. Kyle called me after submitting the initial review. He genuinely wanted to make sure we got our questions answered and that we felt we received value for our payment. I realized that my mom's will was outdated and over 10 years old. I had no idea where to start on getting her will updated and so I began an extensive internet search, reading all reviews trying to find the right person to handle my affairs.
