She was very accommodating to our schedules and took the time to get to know us (and didn't mind our 3 year old tagging along!). She also provided some good advice for the upcoming year and was very accessible via phone and email. As an added bonus, they have a secure online portal for signing documents and such, eliminating the need for as many face-to-face meetings if that's what you're looking for. I like knowing that next year, we will work with Ronda again and not just a random person who is available, as was the case with the last company we used before we moved. I uploaded it and asked if we could meet and he told me to schedule a phone call with his assistant first. Karen scheduled it and said he would call me at the appointed time, when he didn't call, I emailed him and he then called and said he "never looked at his calendar". Then he asked for access to my QB and to send my 1099s, SS etc. I did that and also uploaded all my personal, home office expenses in an excel workbook. I asked again for a meeting, he said he would do a preliminary return and then we could talk. When I looked at the return, there were some errors, but mainly because he did not understand my business and previous tax filings. I asked again for a meeting so we could go over things and if I should do something differently, fine. But he asked to do it over the phone. I said, no, I really wanted the chance to meet and talk. I received an immediate email response saying he was "terminating" any business relationship with me. I was shocked, I couldn't believe how unprofessional! I will report him to the BBB. Shocking, if there was "0" stars that's what I would give.
