There was no status or communications from this office unless I reached out to ask for status. One response I got was "I wasn't sure where we left off", another response to my inquiry (30 days after dropping off the files) was "Since this is a business return I will have to work through that first before working on your personal return." Umm yeah! In April 2026 I wrote an email to Amy and her team that stated waiting in queue during tax season is reasonable but it was unacceptable to reach June and still nothing has been done. Needless to say I went to pick up my tax files today, still sitting on the front desk, the Amanda stated, "I tried advocating for you"... my response "what does that mean". I explained you are a service. I called to inquire, Amy accepted the work, and then you put company's at risk by doing nothing? I just don't get it.
