Some lawyers made a lot of promises in the initial discussion and acted like sharks that wanted to hire private investigators without really listening to me. - Organized & Clean office. I loved walking into a tidy, well-organized office. Some lawyers I interviewed had an absolute mess of papers. He had small reminders of his family and explained why it was important to him. JVK is a man of great character. - Underpromise & Overdeliver - this cliche is a big thing to me. JVK set realistic expectations and timeline for my divorce.
