He explained because it was a big order and he felt a special order we had to write the checks that day. Which we did, stupid mistake. He said it would take about six weeks for the full order to be delivered, however he could deliver the mirrors sooner. after four or five weeks, we started calling, and it started with the same lip service over and over, same exact story each conversation. This sale took place on July 22, 2024. We have received two cheaply made glass mirrors and nothing else. He took the checks and cashed them right away for for almost $4,000 dollars. We have contacted an attorney and he has sent them a letter with absolutely no response. Please do not do business with this company, especially Mo, he cannot be trusted. He's good at telling you exactly what you want to hear. We have lived in this area for over twenty years and never once have we ever had an issue with any retailer. Lesson learned!
