I would give these guys zero stars if I could…read more Brought my fathers 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix in for replacement of a bad right rear window regulator. Went to pick up the vehicle and was told the "driver door" right rear window switch works but the "passenger" right rear door window switch is bad. Walked out to car and inspected the right rear door, the interior panel was not on properly, screw that holds it in place fell out on the ground and neither the driver door right rear window switch or the passenger right rear door window switch work. In other words you cant raise or lower the right rear window. They said "we will swap the left window switch with right window switch to show you that it is a bad switch" which they did. I inspected the right window switch they claim to be bad and pointed out to them the bent switch connector pin that THEY bent at some point in there parts swapping endeavors. So their mechanic gets out his pocket knife in an effort to straighten out the bent pin. I suggested to him that a pair of needle nose pliers would work better. So now, after another 45 minutes of standing around watching them try to put the interior door panel back on straight, actually get the panel screw "screwed in" and then straighten out the bent connector pin on the right window switch, everything LOOKS and WORKS correct and guess what......SHAZAM......all window door switches work, just like they did when I brought the car in. They charged $200 for the window regulator and $75 for the labor. Clearly a ripoff, a window regulator from AutoZone, O'Reilly's or Advanced Auto Parts is less than $90. A Genuine GM regulator from GM parts online is $160. So to net it out, if you want to get ripped off for parts and have someone incompetent working on your vehicle, bring it here!
