This is the second time I've stopped by this "vape shop". The first, about a week ago;…read moreI walked in to see a dude chillen and a dude arguing with someone on the phone. I stood there in front of the guy on the phone for over 5 minutes just waiting and listening to him argue with some company about his bill. 10 minutes later, dudes still on the phone and hasn't said a word to me. There's now 5 people in line waiting for this guy to get off the phone & help. I waited another couple minutes and gave up. Just walked out & said I won't be coming back. Well I ran out of coils again & this is the closest place to my house. I figured maybe I would try it again & give them another chance. I should've known better....... I checked their hours on Yelp & Google which said open through 6pm. I pulled up at 5:40pm on Friday went to the door and the damn place was closed! I'm 10000% done with this place and highly recommend taking the drive elsewhere. Just absolutely horrible. I ran my own business after the military & would have never done this regardless of my "bill" or whatever issue caused me to close early. At the very least, a sign saying "family emergency , sorry"..... I'm at another vape shop now about to walk in to get what i need. Your loss bro.

Vapes and cartridge batteries DO NOT BUY! I bought a RAZ vape and a Yocan battery with a Cookies…read morecartridge. The cartridge was great...for one day until the battery shorted. I looked up google reviews for this brand and everyone loves the Yocan brand because they're reliable so I guess this shop just had a bad batch or has faulty products all together. I always get RAZ vapes because I have never had an issue with them before. But the RAZ vape also stopped working the second day which is so weird. The charge is full, the juice is full...and yet when you hit it, nothing comes out...Keeping the benefit of the doubt in mind, maybe they just got a bad batch. I went back and asked for either a refund or a replacement and they would not do either. I understand all sales are final but when you sell $70 worth of product that doesn't work for more than 2 days...looks pretty shady to me. So I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!

The assistant manager publically disrespected me on a local FB page, then private messaged me and continued to harass me until I had to block him. I wouldn't have known he was the assistant manager if he didn't willfully tell everybody after publically shaming one of his customers..
