I told him that I needed my money back so that I can hire a competent person and he will not comply. After my first review Ernesto wrote below my review that he reviewed his record and could not find any record of my transaction.I have a copy of a check for $400 and copy of a zell for $1000 in my possession that was paid to him. I am appalled of such business practice. I am a senior citizen and was dealt with unfairly. I learnt of them through my church brother who is a handy man. He expressed that he gave them jobs sometimes. He said they have not answered his call since the incident. Ernesto you and your working partner should do the right thing to a senior citizen and stop posting lies. Both of you came through the doors of my house and then deny doing business with me? We contacted the installer multiple times and shared photos and explanations of where the water was escaping. Unfortunately, communication stopped before the issue was resolved. We ultimately had to hire another glass installer to correct the problem by adding a curb dam sealed with silicone, which immediately resolved the leak. While the glass itself looks nice, the shower did not function properly as installed, and we were disappointed that follow-up support was not provided to complete the job.
