Replacing was $890.00 but the staff couldn't have been more professional and helpful. I ordered and paid for my glass on Monday, June 1, and had it installed on Friday, June 19th. The two young men who came were quick, professional and very courteous. I highly recommend OK Glass Doctor. Hopefully, I won't need to replace any glass again, but if I do, I will be reaching out to them without hesitation or reservation.

The communication aspect between clients and providers could be a little bit better and it took a few weeks to get the new window in and replaced but that could be due to supply chain issues. We called city glass first based on previous experience with the company and brought in two double…read morepaned windows for them to measure due to a crack in the outside glass after a quote of $300 on the phone. 3 days later we were told the cost would be $491 because of a 12% increase in materials. We decided to call other nearby shops and I'm glad we did. A nearby competitor was able to charge us just under $200 for both windows. Also worth noting- when picking up our windows from being measured by city glass one is now broken on both the inside AND outside pane making it worse and more dangerous than before, and almost worthless as a window while waiting for new glass to arrive. Poor customer service.
