It took about an hour and I waited in their "waiting room". It was dirty, cluttered, and unimpressive. Also their employees were loud and cussing in front of my son. Regardless, I'm still leaving 5 stars because of the excellent price and quick service.

It's too windy outside, etc. It is now July and I'm still waiting for the final two windows to get fixed. every time I've ever gotten onto the schedule is because I have called them. They never called me to get scheduled. I have now even talked to the owner a few times and I still can't get this resolved. The next step is going to have to be the Better Business Bureau.
