Unhappy Granite customer. The countertop Installers were also paid to remove the Backsplash. They left several medium sized holes in multiple drywall panels. The natural stone does have variations; but not always acceptable. The showroom samples had no extreme samples of visible irregularities. I see what looks to be a enlarged stain. placing this on the front edge and making it highly visible was, and still is, my concern. Rotating the piece 180 degrees, next to the wall, under the cabinet could have lessened the visible impact. I was told after the install, I should have requested to view the stone prior to cutting, although no viewing option was ever offered or identified as a typical purchasing practice. So ensure you request to preview. Also, realize the backsplash removal is known for leaving holes or unusable drywall as an acceptable practice. Buyer beware... I was told I was required to specify all of my acceptance requirements before hand. Now, I can only wish I had a better experience. read more

As an update I contacted L&L and they apologized for the issues and contacted my contractor to offer assistance in resolving the issue. Fortunately, I already had a contractor hired to do a bathroom remodel and he was able to clean up the sheetrock to make it look good. Kudos to L&L though for making an attempt. read more

The installation team arrived and were unfriendly. They took out my sink and refused to put it back in. I called and they said it was in the contract and I need to call a plumber. They also removed pieces of my beams connecting the window from kitchen to living room and said I need to put those back up myself as well. I think knowing these things beforehand would've deterred me from using them. read more

Installer do not speak English and when my wife asked them not to walk on wooden floor and carpet with dirty feet, probably they god angry, because they cut the drain pipe, rather then unscrewing it, and threw in the backyard flowerbed. As per contract my plumber was supposed to install plumbing. If its there normal practice to cut the drain pipe, why they did not take it with them as trash. Keel close eye on them read more

I'll never recommend this company to anyone. Two times I came in to look at granite with no problems. Had a guy to come and measure no problem went to sign the contract Big Problem. I walked in and saw a man without a mask behind plexiglass and said i was ready to sign the contract. He abruptly said you have to wear a mask. I told him I don't wear them and said I've been here twice without one. He got very angry and said "NO GRANITE FOR YOU". Ever seen the soup nazi on Seinfeld? Well we now have a granite nazi in our midst. He had no mask only to put one on to sign a contract. My good friend is a realtor who's recommended L&L but no more. read more

They were very nice and easy to work with. The granite and quartz fit perfectly. It took only about 2 hours for them to do my kitchen and 2 baths. They were very efficient in their work and cleaned up before they left. They are definitely worth a look. read more

Did a lot of damage to my house while installing. I told them that was unacceptable and they needed to repair the damage or give me a partial refund for the cost of repairs. The company installed a cheaper version of granite than I paid for. I questioned it as soon as they put it in but the guy's installing it didn't speak English and couldn't answer any questions or concerns. Called the company and they explained to me that natural stone varies and they can't guarantee it will be like the sample. I went to their showroom and got the sample (that was cheaper) of what they installed, took pictures showing the counter matching the cheaper sample to a T and they still stood by the fact that you aren't guaranteed what you ordered. I told them I would be willing to meet them in the middle, I didn't even ask that they reinstall the countertops, just give me the price difference of the 2 granites. They refused. Terrible customer service and hard to communicate with language barriers. read more

Paid for granite countertop installation. Their measurements were off TWO inches and left a gaping hole in the wall. Called and texted over and over. Never offered to correct only offered 10% refund and only if I signed a contract not to disclose. Not an acceptable offer of remedy. read more
