Go and stay here of you want 3 things in our holidays: 1) Visit Glass House Mountains 2) Visit Australia Zoo 3) want to stay close to 1 and 2 and have a lovely experience bit different to all other Hotel/Motels around? Stay overnight in an old church or an old train wagon? And meet with Keith, who started to build up this ecolodge 30years ago up from an old plantage, planting all the different trees and created this nice place with the "Garden of Eaten" with a guide for all the trees and plants. Never stayed in a place like that, loved it. Thanks Keith read more

What a gem and treasure. If you're considering a visit to Australia Zoo or just traveling through the Glass House Mountains, do your self a favor and visit Keith and the Ecolodge. The property was simply beautiful, filled with native fruit trees and landscapes. Humor abounds everywhere you look. Keith served us one of the best breakfasts we have ever had. His knowledge of the Glass House Mountains is second to none. We were treated with kindness and gracious hospitality. The rooms are clean and efficient, keeping in line with the environmental awareness this motel strives to appreciate. Thank you Keith for a lovely stay, we only wish we could have stayed longer. If you are looking for a place to stay that is away from the hustle and bustle of the city....Brisbane , look no further. 11 rooms. Character rooms include an old church, bungalow with touches of Bali and 2 old restored train carriages. Their standard rooms have Queen size beds and all rooms have their own bathrooms. Some have own kitchens while others can use the kitchen and dining area in an old vintage train wagon. Beautiful grounds including fruit orchard. Situated within walking distance of the National Park walks at Mt. Tibrogargan. Just up the road from Australia Zoo. Crikey! read more
