This cabin has the forest views. The price is ok can be a bit pricey, we found a package price on-line for a discount witch saved us a few hundred dollars. They do supply you with enough Berkie for your stay, but you do need to cook it yourself. They have a small fridge and a stove top but we just used the electric fry pain the whole time we stayed to save on washing up. I would recommend take some nibbles with you when you go because allot of the cafes and restaurants close up early on weekdays. They cabin has loads of door everywhere as it was designed for an open atmosphere. At night you can hear the possums and nuts falling on top of the tin roof. The bed was to soft for us and man did we miss our own bed. So if you have a favourite pillow I would STRONGLY recommend taking it with you. Our favourite thing about this place is the spa bath, we spent many hrs in this spa when we where there, goes down well with a champagne. While watching the sunset. There is no reception in the cabins so that means no messages, no phone calls, no Internet. So it makes for a very romantic get away. It is only a half hr drive in any direction to some sort of attraction.

This is another one of those random places that I turned up at on my road trip up to Queensland…read more(which happened to be my brother's and my first trip up there). This turned out to be quite a pleasant place to stay, particularly since it happened to be located not only quite close to the beach, but also near some of the entertainment facilities as well. Oh, they are also holiday apartments, which means that they are fully stocked when it comes the rooms (which includes a laundromat). Mind you, it wasn't all that cheap though.

They think of everything i.e. chilled water in the mini fridge, ice ready to go, milk for tea and coffee etc... The lot is very well kept and cozy. Breakfast is brought right to your room on time and hot. The rooms have recently been upgraded and are very clean. We stayed in a tastefully decorated Deluxe King studio with a separate kitchenette, bathroom and toilet. There were ample continental breakfast provisions, cheese, chocolates, and a selection of teas and coffee bags. The bed was super comfortable and there was a washing machine and dryer in the kitchenette which was wonderful for us as we were on a road trip and had been travelling for a while. This is a great option for a budget-friendly luxurious Sunshine Coast stay if you have your own wheels.

The rooms are surprisingly cheap and when you step into your hut, you feel like you got a steal! Our hit was gigantic and overlooked the beautiful green hills. Our room came with a hot tub and separate shower. The amenities were exceptional, all manuka honey. The bed was comfy and the owner of the resort was super friendly! The only complaint was that the bathroom didn't have a door so nothing was romantic in that department. However, it's not enough of a problem to take off a star. I truly loved this place!

I would go back in the future. I liked how it was close the freeway and not far from the shops at Caloundra. It's a nice place to stay and will be posting up some photo's that I took of the room. Plenty of undercover parking which is a bonus when you are staying for a few nights.

Reviewed March 25, 2012 At the time of calling I was exhausted; and they were very happy to answer all questions; espeically when I call I had an 'stay offer' which I read out but the staff were even happy to let me know and offer me a what they had currently on offer which was more for less! FANTASTIC We arrived - which is was a little out of the way so to speak; taking turns here and there - easy to find even with the signs up everyone (so if you're not a local you'll find this place easily I reckon).., it was just never ending turning.... The staff were very pleasant at check in and helped us with local information and 'what to do' where to go and the hotel facilities available. It was a very clean neat tidy foyer and the staff were neat and professionally presented. At the time of check in we were asked what was the purpose of our stay (in general conversation - not at all in a prying way) and we told them and said exactly what we were wanting to avoid. So we were after a relaxing quiet weekend. So when an issue arose and the guests in the room beside ours become very loud we went and spoke with the staff and they happily moved us (obviously this is dependent on the rooms free) but they did it without any questions and apologised too. The room was a lovely side; had balcony and nice lounge area. On the right as you enter is a bigger ensuite style bathroom. It was all clean - nice and clean - top notch bathroom condition actually. then on the left is a kitchen area with a microwave and dishwasher (I think from memory *may depend on room); and kitchen things to use i.e. kettle, cups, toaster griller. It was really more like a mini apartel room (mix between an apartment (not quiet) and a hotel room). The lounge was sufficient to seat 4-5 adults comfortably. the bed was very comfortable. the bedding was sufficent; and the place was warm - not too cold and not too hot - just warm for that time The room overlooked the next-door golf course and the forest towards the back. The pool area was over the right of our view and directly below a few floors down was the outside area of the bar. The parking was secure and needed a swipe access- there were loads of security cameras which was very comforting and needed swipe access to go to your room :) very happy. Even after the buffet breakfast in the restaurant (which was included in the rate) the staff at the desk asked how we were and how breakfast was. the gym was busy - part of the hotel has permanent or long-term residents and the other part is the 'hotel' part for guests like us and there were a heap of people. There had been rain which made the outside area tiles entry wet and slippery risk. Care would need to be taken for anyone with walking aids, limited mobility or disability**** ask the hotel for help. There are stairs - at the entry not sure if there was a ramp. check. Overall this stay in June 2011 was comfortable and pleasant.
