We made no demands, just simply made a request. We knew it was a long shot, but figured we would ask. We would have been okay with confirmation of the no return policy, but the owner was nothing but rude and condescending. She went so far as requesting the shirt be tried on and strung us along. She could have politely stated the policy and left it at that. Furthermore, we would have shopped and would have purchased an expensive dress! I have shopped at this store frequently and was well prepared to do so again. I will never again recommend, bring my friends and family here, or myself shop.
