So, I saved a lot of money. I wanted to give each child a balloon we had about 25 kids at the party and you will be surprised at how many of the teachers at the school wanted a balloon. I ordered 42 balloons. I would have paid over $420 at party city. I paid a little over $200 for the same amount. I was even able to get my sons name on the balloons. As far as the characters are concerned they were great. We rented 2 characters (1) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle and Kung Fu Panda. I rented them for the day. (4 hours) It's $150 per character for 4 hours but they gave me a discount and I got both characters for $200 And I received a $10.00 coupon which I'm using soon. I received the character on time. I had my brother and uncle put the character on. The kids loved it. Can't wait to throw another party next year. This time I might rent more characters. :)

I was thrilled to find this company, which offered a wide range of princesses, including Elsa, along with the snowman. I had no idea Olaf would be so tall! He took it all in stride and Elsa helped him get into my house for my kids' large birthday party. Admittedly, I had low expectations for the performance. But I have to say, Elsa was on point. Not only was she able to manage the many kids, but she kept the show going with interactive games and she had an incredible voice. Olaf was also really good with rolling with the punches. The kids were so excited to see him and he continued to stay in character even if the 5-year-olds were pushing to see him. I had several parents ask for a referral. It was a wonderful addition to our party theme and our kids are still talking about it. I was somewhat reluctant to have a character appearance, but I'm so happy that I did. I could tell our kids felt special in that moment and seeing them smile and jump in delight when they arrived was well worth the money spent.

I have never had anyone be so rude and unprofessional. I paid a deposit and agreed to pay extra since I am in VA and they would have to travel to me for my daughter's FIRST BIRTHDAY. I confirmed all entertainment the week before the party since I had booked several months in advance but Creative Mascot Entertainment never returned my calls. I finally reached them at 8:30pm two days before the party and was told everything was good to go. The next day, however, I received a text to call them, which I immediately did. The person told me that I had been ignoring their calls though I had no missed call from them. She insisted that I had to give a house number and name of the venue but the venue was our community club house so there was no name. She told me if I couldn't give a name then they wouldn't come. Next she told me if their GPS couldn't find it that they wouldn't come. I gave very specific directions and cross streets because the new area rarely shows on GPS. I expressed my concern that there was a lot of mention of not showing up and I was counting on them. She said that they would be there and then asked if I knew it was cash due upon arrival. I was shocked and said no I did not know that. She asked how I expected to pay and I told her that I was planning to give her a check at the end of the party. She laughed and told me that is not how the "entertainment industry works." I expressed surprise that I was expected to pay in the middle of my party when the character arrived instead of at the end. The person told me that the character would not even enter the building unless I came out to the parking lot with cash. She also informed me that the character would not have change available so I asked for the exact amount due. Then my baby spit up on me and my 3 year old started screaming and I was sitting in a parking lot trying to pick up party supplies. I couldn't hear anything. The person was taking forever to figure out the balance so I told her that I had to go and to email me the amount. However, she refused. She finally gave me the amount and I said fine and hung up. Less than 5 minutes later she called back and told me that the balance was due now and they would not accept payment upon arrival anymore. I was still dealing with screaming kids and spit up and was extremely confused why the payment terms were constantly changing. I told her again that now was not a good time for me to talk but she again refused to let me off the phone. I asked why the payment terms were changing and she said that they doubted that I would pay upon arrival. I told her that I had no issue paying them and I always planned to pay, I just didn't know that I couldn't pay by check but I had no issue paying by cash if she could give me the amount but now was not a good time for me to be on the phone because I was trying to take care of my kids. I told her that I was concerned that they would not show up and did not feel comfortable paying in full for the character until I knew they were going to show up. She told me it sounded like I didn't want them to come. I was extremely frustrated with her because I had only said over and over that I want to make sure that they show up....the exact opposite of not wanting them to come. She finally gave me her manager which was much more calm and polite. I explained to the manager that I had no issue with payment upon arrival in cash and that my frustration was related to the lady not accepting that it was not a good time for me to be on the phone. The manager told me to go take care of my kids and that payment upon arrival would be fine. The next day was my party and the character was supposed to arrive at 4:00pm. At 4:05pm I called and asked "where are you?" The lady laughed and told me that they weren't coming and hung up on me. Now no one will even take my calls and I doubt I will ever see my deposit. I contacted them through GigMasters but they did not follow the proper procedure to gather payment and schedule booking through GigMasters. It seems like there was an intent to be unethical and defraud from the beginning. There is a new low hit when someone intentionally tries to ruin a child's birthday party and disappoint kids that were expecting Minnie Mouse and can't understand why she didn't show. Do yourself and your kids a favor, and don't book a company that doesn't care and will cause your kids to leave their happy day disappointed.

We wanted to give a few welcome remarks and a brief 15 minute speaking portion (cultural tradition) and their party host helped facilitate it all. All of the kids were so surprised and I'm sure they will be talking about it for weeks. I'm also not sure who had more fun - kids or adults! This is definitely a great party for all ages, and boys and girls. I was worried because I have boy/girl twins but all the boys loved it and were singing and dancing the entire time, too. I highly recommend adding the light up Eras tour backdrop because it really made the concert amazing. I can't imagine it without it. Taylor hung out after the party to take as many photos as guests wanted and even spent some time chatting with kids and other guests. Not only is she so sweet, she is legit! Many people commented on how much she both looked and actually sounded a lot like Taylor. Many kids (including my own) said they were pretty sure she was the real Taylor. The Taylor Experience far exceeded my Wildest Dreams! If you're thinking twice about booking her, don't wait, just do it! It's worth every penny! I do want to note something because I was a little worried at some points because we booked the event 4-5 months ahead of time. The company does many other kids parties with all of their character offerings, so they're extremely busy. They usually prioritize answering emails in the order they receive them or for the parties coming up sooner, so there were a few times I waited to receive a response. I kept wondering if they were legit or not going to show up. I am only including this not as a criticism of the company because they truly are legit, professional, and amazing. I'm only including this as a reassurance for anyone if you've paid your invoice and don't hear a response right away, don't worry. Because I was looking for this kind of reassurance from reviews, too. They WILL show up and in the week leading up to your party, they will confirm all details and make sure everything is perfect. They just have a lot of parties and events, so it does make sense for them to prioritize the earlier parties. Anyway, again, thank you so much Taylor and all of your amazing crew for giving us the party of the year that none of our guests will ever forget! ETA: We had a few guests with kids with autism and other intellectual disabilities and their parents have all shared how awesome Taylor, the party host Heather, and the entire crew were so inclusive and supportive of their kids having a great time.
