In order to keep them both happy, we knew that we had to hire not just a princess, but her friendly side kick Olaf. I was thrilled to find this company, which offered a wide range of princesses, including Elsa, along with the snowman. I had no idea Olaf would be so tall! He took it all in stride and Elsa helped him get into my house for my kids' large birthday party. Admittedly, I had low expectations for the performance. But I have to say, Elsa was on point. Not only was she able to manage the many kids, but she kept the show going with interactive games and she had an incredible voice. Olaf was also really good with rolling with the punches. The kids were so excited to see him and he continued to stay in character even if the 5-year-olds were pushing to see him. I had several parents ask for a referral. It was a wonderful addition to our party theme and our kids are still talking about it. I was somewhat reluctant to have a character appearance, but I'm so happy that I did. I could tell our kids felt special in that moment and seeing them smile and jump in delight when they arrived was well worth the money spent.

They provide music, songs, professional DJ, party lights, clowns, costume characters, face painting, contest and games, photography, puppet shows, and a whole lot more for up to a couple of hours to give your little ones a party to remember. I must say that they did wrangle up all the kids and kept them entertained for a long time well at least they weren't jumping on me and I got a chance to eat some food. They gave a nice interactive show involving all the kids and kept them busy. A few tears came about when Elmo came out, always same reactions with Santa too. They watch them on TV and in the picture books but yet face to face with the characters they get scared....... I don't get it..... anyway my friends thought that they were great I thought that they put on a nice show for the children everybody was happy. They arrived on time did a great job and I don't think their prices were too high at all but they have different packages available so adjustments are made to suite the needs of the event. So good entertainment group for kids at least 2 and up they also adjust activities to medium age of the party goers and they even get the adults involve with the little games too so be ready to look crazy but it's all good.

They were phenomenal!…read moreThey have so much experience with kids parties and think of every little detail to make it special and keep the kids engaged with a party host/back up singer and other crew members, so parents can relax and also enjoy the show. They provide so much detailed pre-event info and options for you to customize the song list, Taylor's outfits, etc. They are also so kind and accommodating and work with you if you have any other traditions or things you want to do before Taylor arrives. We wanted to give a few welcome remarks and a brief 15 minute speaking portion (cultural tradition) and their party host helped facilitate it all. All of the kids were so surprised and I'm sure they will be talking about it for weeks. I'm also not sure who had more fun - kids or adults! This is definitely a great party for all ages, and boys and girls. I was worried because I have boy/girl twins but all the boys loved it and were singing and dancing the entire time, too. I highly recommend adding the light up Eras tour backdrop because it really made the concert amazing. I can't imagine it without it. Taylor hung out after the party to take as many photos as guests wanted and even spent some time chatting with kids and other guests. Not only is she so sweet, she is legit! Many people commented on how much she both looked and actually sounded a lot like Taylor. Many kids (including my own) said they were pretty sure she was the real Taylor. The Taylor Experience far exceeded my Wildest Dreams! If you're thinking twice about booking her, don't wait, just do it! It's worth every penny! I do want to note something because I was a little worried at some points because we booked the event 4-5 months ahead of time. The company does many other kids parties with all of their character offerings, so they're extremely busy. They usually prioritize answering emails in the order they receive them or for the parties coming up sooner, so there were a few times I waited to receive a response. I kept wondering if they were legit or not going to show up. I am only including this not as a criticism of the company because they truly are legit, professional, and amazing. I'm only including this as a reassurance for anyone if you've paid your invoice and don't hear a response right away, don't worry. Because I was looking for this kind of reassurance from reviews, too. They WILL show up and in the week leading up to your party, they will confirm all details and make sure everything is perfect. They just have a lot of parties and events, so it does make sense for them to prioritize the earlier parties. Anyway, again, thank you so much Taylor and all of your amazing crew for giving us the party of the year that none of our guests will ever forget! ETA: We had a few guests with kids with autism and other intellectual disabilities and their parents have all shared how awesome Taylor, the party host Heather, and the entire crew were so inclusive and supportive of their kids having a great time. This is not something I thought to give the crew a heads up on ahead of time, but they are truly experienced and great with kids. All of these parents shared how often their kids aren't able to enjoy parties, concerts, or truly feel included but they noticed the ways the crew included all of the kids and how this was one of the few times their kids were able to let loose and have fun at an event like this.
