We have used Glass Slipper for our daughter's birthday for the last two years. Both times it was 100% the best experience we could have imagined. They go out of their way to make it an awesome birthday party and realistic experience. I don't know if all the characters are, but the two we had (Elsa and Rapunzel) were incredible (like professional) singers and they sing the songs from their characters' movie. I was in need of a princess for a DotDotSmile event I was hosting. The process was easy from start to finish and the price was completely reasonable. Kristen AKA Fairy Godmother answered all my questions and let me know what I could expect. The day before, Belle called to check in and we set expectations for the next day. Belle arrived on time and the girls at the party (and my sons) were SO excited! Belle told a story, complete with songs and her voice was lovely. She was so gracious and patient when my daughter kept interrupting (sorry Belle ). She guided the children in making bracelets and was wonderful with answering their many inquiries. She kindly took many pictures with all of the guests. She was upbeat, polite and stayed in character from that first phone call, all the way until she left our home. We had such a great experience with this company recently! Prior to reserving "Elsa" for my Daughter's 3rd Birthday, the Owner (Kristen) clearly explained all the package and pricing options, and we discussed which elements of the package would appeal/apply to a 3 year old. She assured me that the performers are very good at making their performances age-appropriate and speaking to folks of all different ages. Leading up to the party, Kristen emailed me with the details of the visit and let me know that "Elsa" would contact me directly the day of. The day of the party, "Elsa" texted to go over details of her "grand entrance" and see if there was anything she could do to make the visit extra special. She also inquired about our comfort level related to COVID and offered to mask, if need be. We honestly had no idea what to expect since this was our first time doing anything like this. But, from the moment our Daughter opened the door, it was completely magical. She was a great actress, sang beautifully (even the adults were singing along) and stayed in character the entire time. They have the cutest entry they knocked on the door for my son to open and sang "do you want to build a snowman" they did a story,face painting, how to be proper lessons, glitter hair (you make a wish), a special coronation for a prince, and sang happy birthday! Several months ago I took a random pic with a cosplayer, and in typical Daddy fashion I told my 4-year-old son I was friends with Spiderman. His fifth birthday was this week, and he asked if my friend Spiderman would come to his birthday party... Glass Slipper Dream Parties came to my rescue at the 11th hour! They were able to provide me with a Spiderman at the last minute. The performer was courteous enough to call and converse several times on the day if the event. The magic was real today. Our "Spidey" was fun and energetic for the entire time. He danced. He played games. The photo op was extremely fun. I loved the experience I had with Kristen. My best friend hired her to visit me on my birthday. Since I couldn't make it to our yearly birthday trip to Disneyland she surprised me with a special visit from my favorite Disney Princess. Kristen portrayed Belle beautifully, she made me feel like a princess and had me feeling like a small kid again. I was very pleased with how she interacted with me, she told me a story and crowned me and even sprayed some pixie dust on me. I would definitely recommend her for any special event. I have had the pleasure of attending two of Kristen's parties and both were so much fun! You can tell that she puts a ton of effort not only into the appearance and detail of each characters costume and makeup (I have seen the Grinch, Spiderman, Captain America, and Elsa) but also into the performance and acting. Anna and Elsa MADE our daughter's third birthday! From the very beginning, Kristen was amazing with answering all my questions, helping plan and keeping in communication up through the day of the party. Elsa called the day before to go over their arrival and affirm our activity choices. They arrived promptly and looked amazing. As far as activities, my daughter was adamant she wanted face painting and bracelet making and I'm so glad we went with those two because the kids loved them. The kids were a little shy when Anna and Elsa first arrived and quickly warmed up when they started telling their story and singing. The flow of activities was perfectly timed and we had time for pictures in the beginning--for those that weren't shy--and for a few more at the end. My daughter has been asking nonstop for when Elsa is coming back and she is insisting they come to all her parties. My son wants to have Spider-Man at his birthday!
