We did, however, encounter communication mishaps such as delayed responses and some confusion and part of it was my mistake as I still haven't updated my Yelp account to my current legal name. We got that straightened out but communication still didn't improve much. I understand we're all busy (especially their weekends) but I wanted all the details and planning squared away ahead of the event to get it out of the way. It was anxiety-inducing for me. I contacted several balloon companies and while most of them either didn't get back to me at all or quoted me outrageous prices, Jasmina was the only one who was responsive and kind. We got on a phone call where she explained her prices and the process involved in making a balloon arch installation. She sent a proposal the same day and her prices are fair. I want to note that it takes houuuurrsss to build a single arch (I've tried it before and never again lol) and I know there's a balloon shortage too. Expect that any balloon arch won't be cheap, but boy do they make a statement! My bridal shower was boho themed and Jasmina was able to create the balloon arch of my dreams! I skipped the pampas and rattan peacock chair (which she can offer btw) to fit my low budget, but the result was still AMAZING. The balloon arch was such a hit with all my guests and it was the #1 spot for photos at my party. Overall, Jasmina was prompt, responsive, professional, and honest. Staff let her feel samples of two slime types before making a decision. This gesture was super appreciated. Please don't let their posted information deter you from trying to visit. I had my sons birthday here recently. It was ok…read more I will give an honest review. Would I do it again? No I booked a party of 15-20 kids, it was a 2 hour party. Did the kids have fun, yes. Goal complete. Did I have fun and enjoy my sons birthday? No The girls there had 0 control over the party. I constantly had to use my adult voice making me an unfun parent and host because the girl running our party had no voice, she didn't command these kids to do anything and they ran all over the girls working that day. Also, when I booked I was told that I'd only have to pay half upfront and half the day of in case we didn't have as many kids as we originally planned. The invoice they sent was for the full party amount. I emailed them asking questions with no response. They knew about my email because when I brought it up they said oh yeah I saw that! Well we will just refund you if needed.... Ok fine but don't tell me you're going to take half now and half later then. The slime is already made by the girls, your kids get to choose the type of slime they want to play with, a scent and a mix in. They do not make the slime themselves. You DO NOT need a 2 hour party. I was told they had games and stuff to do with the kids but the ladies I worked with for my sons party besides the host never left the counter and it felt like they had no structure to a party at all. My son had fun and had a good day that's all that matters, but bring your own back up because you'll be doing most of the work and you won't enjoy your time and kiss your kid doing their own slime because your busy controlling the party. One they make the slime there literally wasn't anything else for them to do.
