I contacted Frank after I caught a stone right in my field of view. The man was polite, understood my urgency, and arranged to come out the SAME DAY to fix the stone chip. The price was less than I pay at those orange tents in parking lots, and I didn't have to drive anywhere. He did an excellent job repairing the chip, right there in my driveway while worked on my laptop and drank hot tea in my home office. This is how business should be done.
