What really stands out about Surf Thru is their consistency...the bathroom here was extremely clean, which matches the high standards I am used to seeing in South Orange County. I am so happy to see that they strictly enforce their cleanliness policy across different regions. Even though the facility was pretty busy when I went, everything moved smoothly.
