Dustin is incredible! Finding his shop was a godsend! Not only is he incredibly friendly and a wealth of knowledgeable, his prices are fair and he gets the work done fast! And because he's very detail oriented, the work is done right and to perfection! My 06 VW Jetta has a terrible oil leak and he power washed my engine and undercarriage for $75 so my car guy could find the source of the leak! Not only did he clean the inside of my car, he also washed the OUTSIDE of car! My headlight needed to be restored and he was able to get both headlights to look good as new! Joan Jetta has never looked better (aside from her massive oil leak lol) Regarding the oil leak, he took a look to see if he could locate possibly where the oil was leaking from and made sure not to power wash the area TOO much just in case it was a slow leak. I'm not sure what package it was that I received but they did paint correction as well as inside vacuum and cleaned the motor cleaned. This car wash has horrible customer service! Do not go here if you want to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time for a full-service wash. I have spent the last 40 minutes waiting for my car to be dried off and the windows to be clean finally I just walked over and got in my car and drove away not having anything done to the inside or outside. This is the second time that I have had to wait 45 minutes or longer for my car to be done. This is not rocket science people. It's a car wash. Very very very horrible customer service!! read more

I specifically go to this car wash because of the service. I can quickly pay for my car wash at a self service kiosk, and If have any trouble the attendant is near by to solve any issues. I usually don't have to wait very long before it's my turn in line. They have attendant at the beginning of the wash to brush and spray down the dirty spots on my car. The car wash is maintained properly, as it looks clean inside. I sit back in my car as I go through the wash and dry process. After your wash is complete you can use the free vacuums at any of the covered self serve car stations located near the main building. They do have full service car wash service, but I have not used that service. I recommend the $13.00 gold wash for best results. read more

Dustin was awesome! Took care of "Big Sexy" and made her feel so much more excited to be seen in public with her top down! I had neglected her but he knew the right places to touch her. She needed a skin exfoliation due to neglect on my part. Swirl marks and paint overspray had her looking a little dull and depressed. 6 hours after Dustin started his magic she rolled out with a new swagger I have not seen in months. She always looked good but something was missing. Dustin put that swing back in her walk and everyone was staring. On the way home I pulled her top down and let her fly. Great Full Service Car Wash. Totally exceeded my expectations. I used to go to Red Carpet I'm Mooney, but since they've sold and the new company, Red Crown took over, the service has gone down hill. I came here not expecting much as it seemed slower and somewhat dead compared to what I'm use to experiencing. However, I was completely satisfied and happy with how my car turned out. The people there were nice and cleaned every nook and cranny in my vehicle. Price was right and the waiting area in the lobby is nice and cool. Couch is welcoming and looks well kept. This place definitely has my business moving forward. Recommend this over Red Crown any day of the week. read more

This was my first going here. I just jeft from there and the worst customer service experience ever! The guy that "greeted me", if you can call it that. He put a menu in my face and said which one. That was he greeting to me. I didn't hear the total and I asked to repeat. He snapped his fingers, yelled " the $$. $$ NOW". After all that, he said an awful job cleaning my car. I paid for the full service the works. My floor mats where not lifted or moved to clean under them, the back seat looks like it was never touched and my car smelled bad after the cleaning. read more

Came here due to a recommendation. Brought to different cars, one was the "self service" the works and the other car wash was the one were they clean your car. The car washes were the same, and supposedly they both are supposed to be hand dried, the self serve car was not. Honestly I can't tell a difference in either car. I have no idea what they did to the car that was supposed to be detailed. Besides the price, basically the same car wash as surf through just more expensive. read more

I wish I would have taken pictures of the horrible job they did on my car. There was bird poop on my car that wasn't on there before (I noticed a bird nest right above) the wax was poorly applied, the inside was barely vacuumed , they missed several areas that obviously needed to be wiped down. They had a special for $70 for detail plus I tipped $10 in good faith thinking they would do their job but it ended up being a total waste. Spoke to manager and he was apologetic and offered us the next car detail for free but I don't plan on returning. read more

Dustin went above and beyond on my baby! Yes I call my car baby. He took extra care and time on my vehicle and and didn't use any chemicals cleaning the inside, I have a family member with valley fever and copd so chemicals cause her to have a flare up. So it was very important to me. I also got a ceramic coating. My car is everlasting white and better looking now then when I bought it at the dealership! I will go there 1,000 times over! read more

The service is very slow. We waited 30 minutes before the full service wipe down and vacuum began. With only three cars ahead of us, we were told they were short staffed. This information would have been helpful before we chose full service instead of self service. After 60 minutes, we left without a clean car. We will not be back. read more
