I'm going to give 3 stars to this business only because everyone was so nice. I contacted them because of their reviews and they got my car in the same day within hours. So for $275.00+(tip) they missed the tires, rims, streaked windows, my steering wheel, engine and sticky dashboard. I was given excuses for the tires, (someone else got upset that their tires were done), the dashboard (tried EVERYTHING in their shop to no avail) then to prove the dash was soft one young man put a nail dent in it, and the manifold couldn't be done because it could crack. (Water on hot manifold). Now that last part I could comprehend, but I'm sure mine was not the ONLY Camry they have detailed and I should have been told up front, yet initially I was informed it would be done. Quite disappointed in the service. Wish like the dickens this was a different review but alas it is not!!! I was hoping to add some comments before this got out of hand. I do believe that talking to the owner would be the best way to solve the issues as the reply does not appear to have come from the owner. My Jeep was taken in for a detail. I had a sticker on the back window which was taken off. Oops!!! Did I say to remove it??? NO!!! The front of the car still had dirt and bugs on it. That was never touched!! I open my hatch and the dirtiest part of my car was still just as filthy. What?!?! "Detail" to me means to go above and beyond to thoroughly clean the whole car. This mobile detailing does not do any "mobile" detailing...When I called to arrange an appointment, they stated they do not do any mobile service and could make an appointment to come into their shop. I'm in the process of going to court over there ceramic coating. These guys absolutely ruined a brand new $70000 truck. charged me $1800 looked good for one day. Could never get ahold of Art again he gave me the run around for months. It's going to cost me over $5000 to have real professional fix there screw up. These guys are just not experienced enough to ceramic coat a vehicl. If you can ever reach them they might be good for a quick wash on a basic vehicle but can't be trusted with higher end cars. This review is way overdue. Last year we bought a salesman's pickup truck from a local grain and milling company and it was caked with grain dust in almost every conceivable crevasse - both in the cabin, and under the hood. About 10 years old, the beast was driven without any particular sense of pride. It couldn't be parked in the front of the house in that condition. I got a quote from Art, and decided that the pricing was fair. He showed up when scheduled, along with a helper (who at the time looked a little unskilled). They tackled the rig with enthusiasm - and a van filled with manner of cleaning weaponry. They spent just over two and a half hours. At the end, they were sweating like pigs and our truck looked like a prince. I'm very happy with the experience and the value, and you can bet that we'll call Art on our next critical cleaning job. read more

Charged my sister $325 for a comical job, my 10year old could have done a better job. I wish I could give no stars. These guys do an awesome job! Called them at close of business the day before. They set an appointment between 12-1pm. Showed up to my house just after 1. Quoted the job would take 2.5-3 hours. They got done as scheduled. I had some road tar, coffee spills, and really sticky junk stuck to my windshield and they took care of it no problem. My car looks as good as new!
