I do not recall who delivered my grandson, but my daughter and grandson were in good hands. She is now expecting my second grandchild and came in to see Dr. McDaniel. She and her fiancé were asked a VERY unprofessional and uncomfortable question. I will not say it on here, but we will be calling to file a complaint. It is a shame that you go in to be seen, expecting professionalism and humanism, only to be disrespected because you are young. They brushed it off, but this doctor needs to be dealt with.

This place is alright…read more The nurse was horrible though. I went to get my Quantiferon blood test for school, and here goes my experience. So she started off with my blood pressure, which was fine. Then I asked her to take blood from my right arm since I'm left handed. She said ok. She was wearing one glove, which was weird. She started off by tying the rubber band around my arm to stop blood from flowing. And she stared at my arm trying to figure out where my vein was. She poked the needle through my arm, and since she couldn't find my vein, of course there was no blood coming out. Smh. So she said she had to use my left arm. (Well ok fine) So she used my left arm and said she still couldn't find my vein. (Either I'm dead or this ahjumma is an idiot). So she said she'll find my vein by "feeling". So she just pokes in wherever and blood trickles out. So this took forever. Oh but im not done. Just as she was about to throw out the needle, she was talking to another nurse and poked herself with the needle. She had the guts to ask me if I had any diseases. Of course not. This nurse was just too much. So disappointed. Never again.

The appointment time does not matter, as I sit here now, I had a 9am appointment and it's now 10. I have sat here just like that 3 days ago (appointment scheduled at 3:45 and I was not seen until after 5. I get we are all in these unprecedented times, but our time is still valuable and needs to be respected. If this is the case, the overbooking, It really is a shame, as we all have lives to tend to, not spend hours waiting to be seen by a doctor.
