First time here and was a great experience as well as delicious doughnuts! I came in almost at closing on Wednesday and the lady offered me a deal of buy a dozen get a dozen free (not sure if that is always a deal on Wednesdays or what) but I said I didn't want that many donuts so she then gave me a dozen for half-off. The lady behind the counter was super nice and she told me all the donuts they had for me to help fill up my box of a dozen! She also threw in some extras too! All the donuts tasted great! Good flavors and lots of fun flavors too! Have all your traditional ones too! I didn't check out the inside too closely but it seemed like a large space with some seating!

The baked cinnamon rolls! I'm about to place my pre-order for tomorrow now! I do wish they were open a little later, I work 3rd shift & can't go straight after work so my sleep gets in the way sometimes but I love that they can be ordered ahead too & with the drive threw i can throw on slippers for pickup

After reading the reviews, I made sure to come early to avoid a sell-out. After walking through the door, I literally felt like a kid in a candy store. There were so many delicious-looking options! For starters, I had to try the fried cinnamon roll. It was a lot larger than I had expected. I also purchased Glazed yeast doughnuts, as well as a couple of the Chocolate Iced cake doughnuts. Similar to the other establishments that I visited in the area, the service was very welcoming and pleasant. The sales associate was patient with explaining the different doughnuts and flavors with me. Very cute shop and very good service.

These doughnuts are excellent! The have this fried cinnamon roll, which is so delightful!! Beware, it's huge though - half of it is in my freezer for when I want something sweet :-) I placed an order online for some gluten-free doughnuts. They offer gluten-free/sensitive doughnuts on the first Saturday of the month. When I got there to pickup the order, they had some doughnut holes left so I got those and some more gluten-free ones since I was traveling. My family absolutely loved them! I even talked a customer into trying the gluten-free glazed - he was sold!! I highly recommend placing an order early because they sell out.

Went on early Friday but they were sold out of a lot of the donuts I wanted but no problem. One of the workers helped me place an order so I could pick them up the next day. I got 1 glazed + a dozen assorted (2 baked cinnamon roll, 1 fried cinnamon roll, 1 Apple fritter, 1 coconut donut, 1 fruity pebble donut, 1 Cinnamon Toast Crunch donut, and 1 Oreo donut) for 24$. I had the the baked cinnamon roll, fried cinnamon roll, Oreo donut, fruity pebble donut, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and the Apple fritter. The donuts and baked goods were good. If I was ranking them I'd say baked cinnamon roll, Oreo donut, Apple fritter, fried cinnamon roll, fruity pebble donut, and then the Cinnamon Toast Crunch donut.

A friend and I stopped into the adjacent bistro for lunch in what waa for many years La Bodega wine shop. There were 3 large empty cases and a menu notation of donuts subject to availability from Glazed Doughnuts next door. As we were finishing up, a most friendly young man carried in 2 large trays of assorted doughbuts. I jumped up and selected 6 of them - a blueberry filled, strawberry filled, key lime, a chocolate cream and a vanilla cream and one with a dollop of cream in the center. My friend and I each enjoyed the decadent cream, just sweet enough to please the palate and the incredibly FRESH flavors. These doughnuts are like hand made little pillows of sweet fresh baked goodness. As I was finishing, he carried in another tray with a lone coconut topped cupcake nestled among other varieties. I had to have it and it did not disappoint! Every bite was just enough flavor that it waa satisfying and not calling me to stuff down 3 more to keep the sugar fix intact. I love these doughnuts. If they make French Cruellers I may think I am in heaven!

The first Sat of each month Glazed offers gluten free & vegan donuts. They are all made with a vanilla cake base and then different icing of your choosing. When trying to walk in several times at 8am they'd be sold out so I finally pre-ordered to avoid the disappointment. They are $3.50 per donut and I tried 3. The lemon iced, fruity pebbles and Blueberry iced. I went through the drive through to avoid the craziness inside the small building. Service was quick and efficient. My favorite donut ended up being the lemon iced. The fruity pebbles cereal was a bit stale like it was sitting out for awhile. The actual donuts themselves were really good which is important. The texture was great it wasn't too dry or falling apart.

High quality, delicious doughnuts ! They are big enough to split and still be enough for two people. The flavors are out of this world! The employees behind the counter are always friendly and make wonderful suggestions ! I have not tried a doughnut yet that I didn't like. The little caffe front is super cute with plenty of room to sit and study or just have casual conversation. Very light and airy atmosphere. Definitely recommend! Go check them out!

I have wanted to try this place for SO LONG! On Wednesday they have buy a dozen, get one half off. They were VERY sweet as expected I suppose. I enjoyed the coconut one. It was a vanilla donut with what seemed to be vanilla icing with the coconut on top. I enjoyed a few bites but it was just too sweet.. again I guess that is me. The kids enjoyed the fruity pebbles donut. The jelly filled donut was FILLED!!! Like FILLED! I liked the classic donut as well. I think I would have enjoyed it better if I maybe ordered ahead and had some custom ones to my liking. I cannot knock this place at all as it is super popular there and they always sell out. I think it would be a nice treat to go get one but a dozen is just 11 too much. We did share the other dozen friends! They were in LOVE!

No doughnuts! I'm on vacation, and I went there about 10:30 am for breakfast. They had only a mishmash of two dozen doughnuts of strange toppings. Nothing left worth getting: no glazed or chocolate. Don't bother unless you're out at dawn for breakfast. read more

This place ROXX! This dude put ice coffee ice cubes in my ice coffee so it didn't water down when the ice melted NEXT LEVEL SERVICE. The doughnuts are great I was skeptical about the blueberry caramel pretzel but it was mad gooood. Go to this place immediately. Also, the atmosphere was homey and inviting with rugrats and music playing in the background. If I could, I would give this place 10/5 stars!!!!! read more

Awesome little shop downtown Hampton. The staff is friendly and the variety of doughnuts is impressive. I've ordered doughnut holes on several occasions and they've always put way more in the bag than the amount that I ordered/paid for. Their coffee choices are limited but, I imagine, as this business gets up on its feet, they'll look into expanding flavor options/drink choices. read more

I had been fortunate enough to sample these for free a few times and today I knew I had to go and get some for my coworkers birthday. Got a dozen assorted- the giant fried cinnamon roll was divine!! The Boston creme was new to me and it is one of my favorite type of donuts period- they did not disappoint!! You could tell that it was nice and fresh. As always, their apple fritters are amazing!! The cinnamon sugar donut I chose last minute was a pleasant surprise as well. This place is a cute little local shop and should be given a chance by anyone who loves donuts! Staff was super friendly as well. read more

It was so hard to choose so I just had them give me a random dozen. They are so sweet and friendly from the moment you walk in the door. I definitely want to take the kids here to enjoy a donut. Soft, fluffy large yeast doughnuts. Dunkin' doughnuts should be this size, but they're not, so you shouldn't waste your money going there. Come here instead and support local small business. Excellent generous glazes. Advice - could use some fun sprinkles for holidays. read more

You will not be disappointed with glazed doughnuts! My fiancé and I have been coming here since we moved to the Hampton area. Glazed doughnuts is located in downtown Hampton, near Hampton University. When first pulling up to the location, it does look somewhat run down and on the older side. My fiancé and I were hesitant at first, but seeing the positive reviews quickly changed our minds. The inside is set up with several tables, restrooms, and cute artwork on the walls. They have a large selection of donuts at a reasonable price. Each donut costs about $1.50, but completely worth the money. You can tell that the donuts are homemade and that they are made from real ingredients (this is very important to me)! My fiancé and I bought 3 donuts during our visit (chocolate donut with raspberry icing, original glazed donut, and a blueberry cake donut, all of which were fantastic)! We were surprised to see how many donut flavors were left at the time that we arrived (we arrived around 11:45am and they close at noon). I see that some people on here think that Krispy Kreme is better, but I have to say that I prefer glazed doughnuts for the taste and freshness. They are also larger in size (more donut=more happiness)! If you are looking for homemade donuts, this is the place for you! read more

My family gets donuts here every week, sometimes more than once! Everything is always fresh and absolutely delicious. Their Boston cream donuts are the best I've ever had. They always have unique flavors to try, along with old standbys like classic glazed if that's more your style. The coffee is great too. The staff is super friendly and always happy to make a recommendation, and you can tell they love working here. Hands down one of the best places Hampton has to offer! read more

I went to check this place out yesterday about an hour before closing. I expected to be greeted with annoyance since I came close to closing time, but instead, got a very warm and energetic welcome. I didn't catch their names, but they were really friendly. Far from grouchy! I ordered cinnamon donut holes and a small coffee, which they upgraded to a large for the price of the small (#saywhat!) The donut holes were good. Did not taste fried at all or filled with grease. Nothing makes me lose my appetite than biting into a donut that is so greasy, you can taste the oil or feel like you drank two gallons of it. Next time, I'll be sure to come much earlier so I can see more of their varieties of donuts! read more

Excellent donut shop! The donuts are so good and they pack so much filling into them. The powder donut filled with white cream and fresh strawberries is a MUST HAVE! Just writing this review is making me crave one! The staff is anyways friendly and they play cool peppy music. This is a popular place so get there early for a good selection of donuts! The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is the coffee. I can think of little better than chilling out in a donut shop with a delicious donut and a good cup of coffee...but I don't like their coffee! As soon as they get coffee that I like I can easily see this being a more frequent stop for me! read more

I am far from a purist when it comes to donuts, but I believe if you can make a good cake donut, everything else is dressing a star. I will not say these are the best cake donuts in the world (if for I have not tried them all), but if you don't try one you can't say they're not. Recommendation: GET THE CAKE DONUT!!!: vanilla or chocolate or whatever they have. read more

I haven't felt compelled to go out of my way to write a yelp review until I randomly stopped by this place! I wanted an ice coffee, and was pleasantly surprised by their awesome cold brew. The cubes are even made of coffee which made it all the better. I also got the old fashioned glazed donut and since it was close to closing, he threw in an extra one! If all other donut places closed I wouldn't notice. These donuts are so good it's almost criminal. Saw a policeman in there today so I guess it's legal. We frequently buy whole coffee beans as well as doughnuts! Their coffee is so good, and the doughnuts, cake or yeast, are fresh, flavorful, and creative. Quick stop off the interstate. Closed most Mondays and Tuesdays, and often run out by noon. They are in an old bank, so they even have a drive up window!!! Check it out for birthday "cakes"--a super large doughnut with toppings of your choice. Worth the stop! read more

This was my first time going. I was pleasantly suprised when I walked in how big it was inside. I love that is kid friendly since I have a 2yo. The service was very good, they were kind,friendly and very knowledgeable. Let me tell you I have been to a bunch of donut shops and this will be my donut place from now on. The selection is huge and amazing. The flavors are so delicious. My family will definitely be coming back. I will be recommending this donut shop to all my family and friends! read more

It's been quite the challenge to find a donut place in Hampton Roads that my family really loves. Our all time fav place is in Richmond, but I'm super happy to report that we found a great option here in Hampton Roads. Glazed Doughnuts has so many options and the flavors are just awesome. I love the white cream filling (not Boston cream, but that's a personal choice). The prices are higher than what I would regularly pay, but this isn't a daily indulgence, so I give in to the temptation! read more

Great donuts in all flavors and styles, and they definitely don't skimp on the size. A little pricier than the chain donut shops but well worth it. Lots of space to sit and individual rooms with sofas and other chairs to give a more "home" feel to the joint. read more

My dad and I stopped here on the way out of town on a Sunday morning. The place was packed. Always a good sign. The apple fritters were especially delicious and absolutely humongous. Excellent glaze on them, as well. Good selection otherwise, though it seemed like some staff weren't 100% on what all was available that morning. But this was what I want from a donut shop - cheap, quick, delicious. read more

My husband and kid love these donuts. He picks them up on weekend mornings. I like more airy donuts like Krispy Kream but these are still good. Very cakey and dense. Lots of flavor options. Great to bring into work and share with the team. read more

These donuts are so good, but the catch is that you have to come as soon as they open to get any. We came at about 8:15 and they were nearly sold out. It's also challenging that nothing is labeled, so you have to ask what every single donut is. read more

I visited Glazed Doughnuts the other day on my way to work. I bought a dozen of the assorted donuts for my coworkers. They were a big hit with the office! My only complaint is that they don't have a set closing time. It's just "when they sell out". I get that it's probably for cost so they don't have waste but not cool for a consumer. read more

Oh goodness gracious! Stop settling for Dunkin Donuts or Krispy Kreme or any kind of franchise donut shop. This place knows exactly what they are doing when it comes to baking the goods that they have. I have to admit that I had the best blueberry donut in my life so far. If you are looking for a that comfort donut instead of a sugar ball, factory made donut. These Donuts have the love them. read more

If you are on the hampton side of the water I highly recommend you stopping at Buckroe coffee. You will not be disappointed. But when you charge the prices they do and take as long as they did to make. I cannot rate it any higher. Would not come back for food.

They have multiple cheese and other bread options. The egg was a little over seasoned but flavor was good. Compared to the major chains and other independent coffee shops, prices here are reasonable. Overall a great visit with welcoming and helpful staff. Looking forward to a trip back!

Really excited Hampton has Glazed Doughnuts! I think this place is just as good as duck donuts. Their donuts are definitely huge and probably not too calorie friendly, but they taste great! Only suggestion would be for this place to create a simple website that explains their menu and how they operate so customers aren't confused if they run out of donuts.
