The store is so cute and inviting. Located right on Frederick Road in downtown Catonsville, there is plenty of street parking in the area. The staff at CCL are welcoming and helpful, directing you to the area of the shop for either permanent jewelry or the charm bar to create charm jewelry. I've only done the permanent jewelry so far, which is all displayed nicely on a large table in the center of the store - this gives you a chance to look at the different styles and decide what you like. The staff is also super helpful in offering guidance or opinions on what would look best - either for new permanent jewelry or adding to an existing stack. Once you've picked out what you'd like, the staff then measures and makes sure the jewelry fits well. Overall, I have had multiple great experiences at CCL, and will continue to return. I worked with two lovely ladies and they both helped my charm bracelet dream come true! This was my first ever charm bracelet and I wanted it to tell a story and it does! They didn't have something that I wanted in silver so she helped me make a mixed metals bracelet that I love! To be honest for a charm boutique I expected to pay more for the bracelet and charms, but my bracelet (with my two free charms) was under $50 and it is amazing quality! I've been telling my friends we need to book a party and go back to make matching bracelets or get matching permanent jewelry. I can't wait for my next Charm City Links experience. That exclaims to have been established Since 1995. I entered this location at approximately 12:45 pm. I've previously visited the jewelers before and asked for my jewelry to be cleaned. In a result to this particular event my (Tiffany Graduated Silver Ball Necklace) was damaged by an employee named Ron. He showed empathy once he returned from cleaning , with a hand full of dismantled unstrung silver pearl Balls which once formed my beautiful Necklace. I was devastated and heartbroken , Ron stated he could repair my necklace with confidence, he delivered but unfortunately I would be responsible for a $30 dollar fee once my Necklace repair was completed. So due to a reoccurrence of my Necklace becoming unattached again. I visited the jewelry store on Saturday to ask if my Necklace could be repaired . Willing to pay whatever it cost. I approached an associate upon entering the establishment he asked me politely could he help me. I stated my concerns then an employee who had overheard my conversation whom was supposedly the manger. Approached me expressed openly by displaying extreme aggression with arrogance while engaging negatively towards me trying to provoke an argument He shouted at me responding to me that we will not repair your necklace!
