Just read the review from June 9th--it describes the same behavior I experienced. I paid $10 extra for a cat-eye design, and the photo clearly shows that it does not look like a cat eye. When I went back and politely explained that this wasn't what I had asked for, instead of apologizing or trying to make it right, he became defensive and told me I would have to pay even more for a polish change. What is most disappointing is that he continues to respond to customers by arguing and making excuses instead of taking responsibility when the salon fails to provide the service that was requested. A professional response would have been a simple apology, a refund of the $10 charged for the cat-eye design, and an offer to correct the mistake without charging me again. Good customer service means listening to your customers, acknowledging when something wasn't done correctly, and making it right. Instead, I was met with a defensive, rude attitude and told to pay more to fix the salon's mistake. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this salon.

Yes they are a bit high in price but you cannot beat the services and amenities they provide. I always enjoy their steam room before my services as it is one of the best in the area and does wonders for your skin. I was just in for a deep tissue massage and I was so happy by the time I left. My body felt rejuvenated and beat up in the best way. My masseuse Donna did an amazing job on getting my back knots and shoulder problem areas which most people really struggle to get out. I feel fantastic and relaxed. After my massage she brought me upstairs to the tranquility room where there is an array of healthy snacks to enjoy and plenty of beverages to make. I enjoyed the tea and water and relaxed a bit before heading down to the showers to rinse off my oil and go home.
