This is the worst carwash I have ever used. The wash did not clean any of the many bug stains on the car, and did a very poor job of drying the car and the windshield. (This was the $14 wash.) Nice Carwash, great location for my family. Website needs work, cannot edit account or cancel services which is bothersome when you have autopay. I had one issue with them in 4 years of membership and it was taken care of promptly. The car wash is always clean and well maintained. read more

I 'had' several accounts with Gleaux as I sold the vehicles, I would close the account. In December, I closed one of the accounts; however, Gleaux continues to debit my account for $33.99. I have provided the bank statements, and all other documents requested but they continue to charge me for a closed account. Worse car wash ever! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO GLEAUX CAR WASH! I had the top tier membership and was going to the car wash every week. After 2 months in I notice one day that the front end and hood had discoloration (very noticeable) on the paint. This was due to the chemical from the car wash. I immediately showed it to the manager, Dustin and he said it wasn't from the car wash. Dustin was rude and a liar. Dustin said no one had ever had problems with the car wash. damaged my paint because of a malfunction in their machine, and when I called to check in on the incident report, they somehow decided on their own that their machine did not cause any damages so somehow they are the ones that make that determination. Horrible experience Father's Day weekend! I was in town visiting my dad. I have a membership where I live in DFW. After my drive to Tyler, I stopped by the closest carwash nearby. I just wanted to clean the bugs off the front of my car and windshield. Simple enough right? WRONG! I pay for the mid-wash and added the tire shine for an upcharge. I go through and this place has no lights telling you to go or stop, and did the most horrible wash on my 2025 car. I drive back around to speak with the manager to express my concerns of not being satisfied with the "rinse" since it definitely wasn't a wash. This poor excuse of a manager was rude and condescending. He said," Well, how much did you pay?" I don't care if it was the base wash, you expect your car to at least be clean. I told him it was rude since they look run down and inoperable anyway. He rudely says "I'm trying to fix it. Is it fine or not?" Then comps the cheapest carwash when I paid for more. What a joke and HORRIBLE customer service and experience. Never EVER again! They suck as people and a car "rinse". The tall dark haired guy was a jerk and he needs a class on how to deal with the public. Him alone is running this business into the ground. read more

We were first excited a couple years ago when Gleaux moved in close to our house. We canceled our membership from another wash company and were quite pleased. Every time we went, the staff smiled and they got their scrub wands out. It made you feel like they wanted you there. Then one day we went and noticed they weren't as friendly. Then we noticed they weren't doing the extra scrubbing. One employee came out, waved you in, then disappeared. Complete change in service. Guess they changed owners? It's just ok now. If there was a car wash closer, we would definitely change companies. read more

The property is too nice to be neglected like it is. The automatic gate never opens automatically like it should when you have a membership. The staff has to manually enter my license plate number and they are never around to do so. So I always have to wait too long to get in the gate! The vacuums will annoy you with the sound of not being up against their suction pad. This could be a great place if they just cared more. read more

When compared to the other carwashes available in Tyler, I would say Gleaux Car wash has the most to offer for the price. Car wash review: the top tier $20 wash got off most of the bugs on my jeep windshield which is quite the feet. My rims were nice and clean, and they give you a car freshener as well as a wipe for the dashboard. The vacuums for the carpet are easily the best in town, it was able to get the German Shepherd hair out without much extra effort from me. Dog wash: it's a standard "do-it-yourself" dog wash. It's $10 for the first 10minutes and then if you need extra time it's a $1.00 per minute after that. It's not the cheapest option in town but it's not very busy so you shouldn't have to wait too long for someone else to finish up. read more

Cleans up car really nicely. The only thing is the wheels don't exactly as cleaned as other carwashes I have seen I wish that they had towels handy for people to dry off their vehicles and windows, etc. that would be a big plus have a rack for clean and dirty towelsmicrofiber towels this is the only way I would get a membership if they had this feature vacuums work really well and have no problems cleaning the interior of my car. Unfortunately this particular location has gone to pot. The attendants are so preoccupied with socializing that the customer gets not attention. They have removed all of the cleaning products from the vacuum bays and rarely have them available upon request. Don't know if different locations have different owners, but the Old Jacksonville location is so much nicer. The most disappointing thing is that multiple comments to the owners via the website have gone unanswered. read more

I like that they scrub for bugs on windshield/bumper before entering the wash, but beyond that it's very basic for the price. I still had quite a bit of grime on my van after going through their highest tier wash. Vacuums were spotty; one had strong suction, another had weaker,another near us was completely broken off and left on the ground by staff.. Overall experience was just meh. read more

First time visiting this car wash - cheerful, helpful young people guided us through. I bought a goodie bag for $3 which was a waste - it included a little towelette to wipe down the inside of the car and a powerful, air freshener which we had to throw away. The vacuum was good and powerful, but using it in the full sun on a 100 degree day, was quite warm. I wish it was full-service, but it is the best self-service car wash in town. read more

First time customer and I must say, this is the best car wash I've been to! My expedition was in sad shape after getting stuck out on my ranch, there was a "muddy car charge" but totally worth it! They took care of the mud by hand and allowed the mechanical part to make it so clean and shiny! So, I'm going to be honest, I don't really use car washes for the car wash. I use it for the vacuum cleaners because that way I don't have to drag mine out of the house and find an extension cord... It's totally worth seven dollars to me. I'm not from this area so I just took a chance that this place would be good, and they did not disappoint. I got the least expensive wash because, like I said, that's not what I'm there for. I headed over to the vacuum area and it was clean, every one of the stations had a garbage can, and they also had a floormat holder. My floor mats are rubber and the vacuums weren't quite doing the trick so I asked the attendant if I could spray them off somehow. He took all of my floor mats, sprayed them off, washed them with one of their brushes, and brought them back to me. Boom. Five stars. As long as they keep this customer service up, I think this place will only have five stars. read more
