Check out the before and after. . I asked for an air freshener and they gave me 2.This is way better than Xpress and Gleaux. Those other car washes didn't do anything to my car for the top tier service. This place went over my expectations 100%. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!! Please bring to other locations in Tyler. Please bring to other local to Tyler. The only thing I would say is when you guys do the pre-wash please use a soft microfiber attachment don't use an actual brush on the car that could scratch it. Wonderful experience! New to the area so researched car washes. Decided on Local and glad I did! It was quick and affordable for the services. The two people manning the gate were friendly and courteous; they were also manning the wash entrance so they had to pre-wash the vehicles as well as keep an eye on any cars pulling up to the gate. They did a great job of multitasking! They also helped get a month's worth of baked on bugs off my vehicle's grill! I received a free car freshener too. Wednesday evening my husband and I were at the Local Carwash on Broadway in Tyler, Texas. We paid for the unlimited package and we went through the wash for the first time. We wanted to go back through again, and as we were getting ready to go through, they did not open the gate. My husband had to blow the horn to get their attention. Amber came to the car and he told her that we paid for the platinum membership, the highest membership which was $25.00 and overcharged us for $35.00. We were embarrassed. I paid for the membership for my husband Curtis Sterns with my Visa credit card. My name is Shaunelius Sterns. We were embarrassed about it so after the 28th of this month, we decided to take our business to Gleaux carwash. The person that was working with Amber was trying to cancel the membership on the third, but he called her and told her it is supposed to be canceled on the 28th of Feburary which makes it a month. We will not recommend anyone to do business there because we feel that it was because of racism that we were mistreated. The membership is unlimited membership with unlimited washes. She had the nerve to tell him that he had to leave and come back, but he has gone through the wash more than once before since he had been doing business there and nothing has ever been said about it before. I said that I was not paying for another wash because I had just paid for the membership with unlimited washes which is the Platinum membership that we were overcharged for. read more

Just moved to town and tried this car wash. Did a good job on the car. Prices were very reasonable. I like the wide tire track. They have good vacuums and they offer a mat wash and towels to fine-tune your car. Great location easy access to a light if you have to turn against traffic. read more
