She goes into the auto carwash and has to get a long pole to retrieve one of them. It had been ran over by the car behind me and won't reattach. I ask her if this happens a lot and she replies " more than you know". I ask if the usually pay for it and she says" not usually". She calls Omar (the owner in Dallas) and she asks me the make and model of my car. She relates my answer to Omar who replies that my car is too old to fix. The business was totally unhelpful and claimed ZERO responsibility even though the car was in their care! Unfortunately, the police could do nothing without a specific suspect.
