They handled everything beautifully. The rug came back clean, fresh-smelling, and looking noticeably brighter, and the entire room feels refreshed now that it's back in place. Pickup was Wednesday and delivery was Friday exactly as promised. They were easy to communicate with, professional, and careful with the rug. Even including a tip, the total was only about $45, which I thought was extremely reasonable for the amount of work involved. I would absolutely use them again for oversized laundry items.

I called wash n dry to try to figure out what happened especially because this mistake is now preventing me from getting groceries for the week. The woman on the phone because extremely frustrated with me and GENUINELY STARTED YELLING AT ME THAT I WASNT LISTENING TO A WORD SHE WAS SAYING AND HUNG UP ON ME. I find this to be wild and incredibly unprofessional. I asked her what her name was and she yelled "IT DOESNT MATTER WHAT MY NAME IS" ok. I'm pretty sure you're the lady in the wheelchair but alright. So, to say the least I absolutely will NOT be returning to this laundromat. (Mind you I was impressed to see a handwritten card from the business owner and thought wow I definitely love this place what a warm touch, then get yelled at by a staff like literally two days later because I'm stressed on the phone trying to figure out why two loads of laundry cost me $63) It seems like the owner is a really genuine person and I have a strong feeling if he heard the way I was spoken to by someone representing his business he would be extremely disappointed.

Little did I know that it would be the cleanest, friendliest, most helpful, and easiest to use laundromat I have been to. Here is why I didn't mind going to this laundromat: 1. Wendy the owner got to know me and was extremely helpful on my first visit 2. No more coins! You can use your phone to pay and track your washer/dryer end times. 3. Entire place is very clean 4. I also like the fact that it's quarters and not tokens. During the day, the owner (Asian guy) is always there cleaning up. They have a hand washing sink all the way in the back, soap is usually super low The place is kinda old school or whatevaaa, the machines that is. So what it gets the job done. I've never had to wait to start a load, there's plenty washers . I don't like how they only have one large load machine right in the front of the house. You see many different types of people come and go. Many families if you go on the weekend. They don't have many chairs for you to sit and wait, the soap machine is from 1969 LOL just bring your own soap is what I'm saying. I've never had anything stolen, like I have at other laundromats, I am not nervous or intimidated to come wash here. You may seem homeless people around but hey they need to wash too right! I was expecting for this place to have upgraded washer and dryer machines overall due to its location. There is newspaper everywhere. Laundry clothes that gets left behind sits along old newspapers/ads or on folding tables. Location: Next to Mountain Mikes Pizza and Safeway. Coin Only Machines. Bring cash. There is a change machine available inside. No staff onsite. There is a complaint box / return in the back of the building. Washer Machines: The interior smelled like mold. Most washers soap dispensers had soap residue or spilled soap. I walked around to checkout other 3 load washers, but they were all pretty much the same. Be sure to wipe the interior of the washer. You can probably come across "hairs" inside washer. 2 loads @ 3.75 3 load didn't bother 1 load didn't bother Dryers: Regular dryers - 6 min/ 25 cents Express Dryers 4 min/ 25 cents Laundry Supplies: They have a soap stop vending machine. Laundry Carts: Available. Seating is located in the front of the entry way. There are only 6 seats. The price was reasonable the dryer and washers did their job. This laundromat is off my list.
