Felicia it's a super sweet and caring worker, she values her work and tries to make everyone happy by smiling at their customers. I really appreciate WiFi Wash! The attendants, especially the gal who works on Tuesday nights are all very helpful & hardworking. She is very personable & friendly. I have been going to this laundromat for about 2 years now. It has been my favorite laundromat. Felicia is super kind as well as all the staff that work here. It is the cleanest laundromat I've been too. Until just recently all the machines have been working. Today the large machine that I had my clothes in- that I use almost all the time gave me an error notice half way through. My clothes were soaking wet. I had to split the load into 2 smaller washers. One of the washers gave me the error code after water be dispursed and the door was locked, and I couldn't do anything. There wasn't anyone on call- but after my review the owner Dante reached out to me, validated my frustrations. He problem solved which landed highly with me. Amazing experience at this laundromat. The attendant, a lovely woman, was so dang friendly and helpful. When I arrived with my mountains of bedding for my annual wash-a-thon, she directed me to the best washers for my needs, which she had just cleaned out, and then gave me advice on how many blankets/comforters/rugs to put into the washer. Any time I had a question, she had an answer and it was delivered in such a friendly manner. I also admired how she interacted with the regulars, asking after their jobs, their children, etc. This is my new laundromat, and I am grateful for her kindness and service. read more

Came to do laundry as my washer broke down. They were packed with customers. The janitor was doing her personal laundry while doing a camp for kids laundry. When her personal laundry was done she left it in the washer. I asked her if she could take it out. With an attitude deflected my question and did it when she felt like it. It's the point of her attitude that bothers me. I then called the owner and he deflected as well! Didn't apologize for his employee' attitude. read more

The time has come my friends, for me to buck up and join the world with lifes little pleasures. Aaaaaaahhh, the laundromat. I've dreaded using such public facilities since March of this year. But yes, the time has come. Time to launder my heaping pile of down-filled items I so shamefully own. So, I bagged them up and off I went. Upon entry I was graciously greeted by Pam. I forgot how to work these gadgets since I haven't been in quite some time. She answered the many questions I had even though she appeared extremely busy. Her customer service was pretty seamless between processing the wash & fold area while helping physical customers. While checking out the different size machines Pam showed me, I was then approached by Felicia. She too offered assistance and openness for any help I should need during my visit. Felicia and I briefly chatted and I enjoyed her energy and enthusiasm for the business. In and out I went. What to do, what to do while I wait... So, I'll tell you a secret. Want to not think of laundry as a chore? Figure out something mobile you can kill the time with. Something you've been wanting to do but haven't squeezed the time in for. Liiiiiiike, paint your toes, lol. Ok, you probably think I'm gross buuuuut right before leaving home I gave myself a quick pedi prep and showered. Plus I wiped and washed my hands before touching anything after and I'm one of the weirdos who wears a glove. I have mastered the use of my wrists forearm and stealth way to remove a glove (placing them into my own car can of course and of course did this within the privacy of my car)... I digress. Fast forward to me gathering my 3 extra large loads, rounding up my tennis balls and arriving home. Only to then find wet spots all over my items once they cooled off. So, back I went. This time I was greeted and offered assistance by a gentleman by the name of Drew. I remembered my earlier conversation with the ladies informing me of the vinegar rinses the owner does each day. It was then I realised Drew was the owner. It's the best seeing business owners diving right in with their sleeves rolled up. A don't ask someone to do what I won't do attitude. It was such a pleasure meeting Drew and seeing the same crew who's been there prior to his ownership. This place was jumping on a Friday night. I guess laundry is the new Friday night out these days? THE PROS AND CONS: PROS: 1-Credit card swipers on all machines "Oh, you fancy, huh? Oh, you fancy, huh? Nails done, hair done, everything did" Basically keeps us all a bit safer during these times. There's a good bit of relief not having to dig your paws into a quarter machine. I know they used to offer service for the attendants to start your cycles for you but now it's all so easy for everyone to be more self sufficient while practicing safe social distance the best we all can. This was a fantastic addition. 2-Cleanliness upkeep throughout the day. *Hourly wipedowns throughout the entire facility. *Special machine cleansing cycles performed every night. 3-Handwashing station equipt with a cutesy lost sock bin. 4-Free wifi 5-An amazingly friendly staff and business owner. 6-Really generous hours of operation. 7-Music playing and at a nice level. CONS: 1-I don't know. I've never had a problem here and the place is even better than before, so. As much as I enjoyed my visit today. Washing down-filled items is not my jam with the amount of time they take. I could've painted your nails too and your mama's. Next time I think I'll drop them off because I saw how clean and careful they were with everyone's items in the wash & fold area. I would like to mention this is the only laundromat I frequent in this area. And think it's one of the best ones I've ever used in general. read more

For a single mother that works two jobs yesterday was another occasion I was not satisfied at all. The attendants since new owner have been horrible yesterday my teen daughter was trying to get coins and her clothes was already in the washer and machines didn't work who knows where the attendant was it was 7:30 pm and came back at 8:05 pm my daughter waited and finally on the phone I heard her tell everyone to go to the gas station. Machine didn't work. I mean it's her job to give coins if machine is out of order and she was really unprofessional, takes a dog to work and ask donations. I've been coming here since almost 10 years and place has been going down since new owners and place is always dirty and no help. Not coming here no more I'm really disappointed. read more

Unbelievable place. An attendant was cleaning nearly every minute. Sweeping floors. ,Wiping down folding areas, even dusting overhead soffits. Signage explains "the rules" concisely and clearly....if you leave clothes in a washer or dryer for more than 15 minutes they are moved to a basket and you are charged $5. It was reassuring info for me as I was waiting for one of the smaller ( and less expensive!) washers. The price varies depending on the capacity. Going to a laundromat is definitely NOT my favorite pastime, but WiFi made it pretty nice. read more

My new home and the washer and dryer were out of order. Sigh... and I had 8 loads to do! So I came here and got it all done with clean machines and cozy places to sit. There is wi fi and also the machines are all by credit card, because with a quarter shortage, who wants to be bothered?? I use to like coming to WIFi Wash but not anymore the staff is way to pushy with using credit cards. When I tried to use a dryer with a quarter the dryer wasn't taking my quarter the staff member said that's why I should credit card. Some people don't have credit cards or some just don't swipe a Machine that can easily get hacked it has happen at gas' stations. I couldn't respond to the vendor yea the machine start and pay after the entire wash was one the nice things that made this place unique and worth going. Not worth it anymore read more

we used this service for wash and fold for our home and vacation rental. when they completed the work it was mostly well done, mostly linens , and towels . we had to stop using their service after being a customer for several years. when we went to pick up the items during hours they had indicated they would have the pick up office open......they were closed frequently. This resulted in having to call them frequently hoping for a returned call, to then make another 25 min trip to pick up our laundry, This went on for months. Calls from me were rarely returned! We have since switched to a more reliable laundry service nearby. read more

Spent nearly $40 for doing our laundry ourselves on a Sunday afternoon. You would think that the restrooms would be open for their customers. But you have to ask the girl at the front to open the locked door for you. She is busy with people picking up their laundry orders and so it's an inconvenience for her to go and open the door which takes about 5 seconds. Instead I had to stand there and wait even though I was the first one up and I asked her to open it up. She said I got to take care of this lady first who is picking up laundry. To make things worse I am handicapped and I had to stand there for at least five minutes while she socialized with this woman. I finally reminded her and she got offended. She was also extremely inconvenienced when I didn't understand how their dryers work and the technology they installed that's not easy to use. Another customer who was doing her laundry said to me it took me about a month to realize how to work the dryers. She rolled her eyes and came over and said here's where the time is in a condescending way. No apologies, no graciousness, but she treated me like I was a HUGE BURDEN! Also, the girl doesn't have time to clean up all the stuff all over the floor that was profuse and dangerous. And I wonder how often she can clean out the washing machines? No paper towels in the restroom so you gotta use a towel hanging up that everyone else uses. Not a good thing in a pandemic. read more

Fall deep clean.. spider killing time. So I take all my bedding, throw blankets, dog beds and misc pieces. With the plan of doing my own laundry as I bug bomb at home. My back has other opinions about lifting and carrying after I got it all in the car. So I arrive ask for full service. Discuss with the staff my particulars. And off I go for a walk at the coast with my pups to stretch out the back. (LIke my story far?). I get a call after lunch. It is all ready. Everything looks and feels great. The dogs are thrilled. Not so happy working the place is not very personable... washers back filled with ick...which he said couldn't but then re rinsed my clothes....That I took to 24 hr wash by wal mart grocery and washed again to get smell that developed...It like walking in to a deep freezer when he's their. Tired of being glared at by families of 15 who try to muscle you around the laundromat and let their savage children run rampant? Tired of traversing through mountains of dryer sheets and lint to get to a machine? Suffer no longer. WiFi Wash is truly a relief when I comes to doing laundry away from home. I usually dread laundromats, but here is a nice experience. The young woman working there (the last 2 times I went) is very informative, helpful, and charming. There are comfortable couches/chairs to relax on while you wait for your laundry, and have the option to pay for your machines at the end of the whole ordeal with cash, or card, which is so much better than using quarters or a special card like most other places. I know it seems sort of trivial but since going here laundry has much less of a hassle, and I really appreciate WiFi Wash for it read more

My washer and dryer at home are way too small to wash my big comforter so I came in here today. This has to be the nicest laundromat around. A lot of the ones I've seen in the past are really small and dirty. Here at WiFi wash everything is kept very clean with a Guy here at the window the whole time. I was in town on business and needed my clothes washed. I found this gem on yelp. All of the employees were very nice. Drew took my clothes in and said they would call me within 24 hours to pick up. He said it probably would even be sooner. I got the call they were done within 12 hours. It was around $17 for my load of laundry. They had my clothes washed and neatly folded and packaged up for me when I came to get them. I will definitely use them again if I'm in town again. read more

Have been coming here since 2018. Felt the cleanliness, friendliness of staff was worth paying more than other laundromats. New owner upgraded machines, etc which was an added plus. However, he also lost two great employees and the friendliness dimmed. OK- it happens. However, when there with two other customers at 7 am yesterday (8/17/21) everything changed. Two employees had all of the dryers ( other than out of order ones) taken. They had a radio blaring and they were screaming across the room to each other over the "music". The place was filthy. We scrambled for carts & washers. I brought my supplies to the car and came back to find my cart moved by staff and the dryer sheets that were in it gone. One disabled couple was having a difficult enough time without having to play dodge the -unmasked employee. When time to dry I found 3 dryers that weren't stuffed and just sitting. One of the three of us went elsewhere to dry since there was no attempt by staff to accommodate. Two other customers arrived, took one look and left. This is so sad and no longer worth the extra $$$$. If WiFi Wash plans to discontinue the self serve just say so! read more

Did the drop and go option, keep in mind they have a 10lb policy which I think is very accommodating so that they are able to do a great job. The owner Drew greeted me and was extremely personable and professional. They give you plenty of options and his team gets your laundry done in a very timely fashion, which is great for someone who may be busy. Highly recommend this location as it was the cleanest, well-ran facility I could find in the Cotati/rohnert park area whether you are doing drop and go or doing it yourself. I will never go anywhere else with such a great spot near home! He also has snack options and a very convenient change machine. Absolutely spotless! read more

4 stars because it was small and once it got busy, people were waiting for machines and had no place to sit. Other than that, it takes some getting used to the system, but I appreciated the genuine level of service here. You let the attendant (a very hard-working, kind, and attentive woman running around helping people) know which machine you'd like to fill. Your clothes are in and soap is in and she comes and scans the machine with a tablet and basically starts a tab for you. After your wash is done and you move to a dryer, she scans the dryer and creates a total for you, which you can pay by cash or debit. This lady works her butt off and has a pretty great personality, hard not to respect her in comparison to people you see running other laundry joints. The prices are extremely affordable, and if you're doing more than one load, paying this way makes it way easier than putting in a ton of quarters or swiping a card at each machine. Getting there earlier will get you a parking spot and a machine, so that's what I suggest. I called in and she offered to hold a machine for me if I was on my way, which was pretty awesome. read more
