They handled everything beautifully. The rug came back clean, fresh-smelling, and looking noticeably brighter, and the entire room feels refreshed now that it's back in place. Pickup was Wednesday and delivery was Friday exactly as promised. They were easy to communicate with, professional, and careful with the rug. Even including a tip, the total was only about $45, which I thought was extremely reasonable for the amount of work involved. I would absolutely use them again for oversized laundry items.

Every machine was spotless, in perfect working order, and clearly cared for regularly on a day to day basis. The floors and waiting area was immaculate. No dust, detergent spills, or lint anywhere in sight. The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick to help when I had a question about one of the machines. They clearly take pride in keeping the space welcoming and organized. There was plenty of seating, clean restrooms which made the whole experience comfortable and efficient. Great job! Thank you!

This place is clean and accepts cards…read more However, there are only three laundry carts in the place, and usually the nail salon next door takes one and keeps it until they have a load to bring in. I have a leg injury from a car accident and cannot carry a heavy bag of laundry to and from the car, even though I usually park at the curb. People take the carts and keep them. And refuse to relinquish them even for five minutes. Today a woman left her laundry bag in the cart. Her laundry in the washing machine and a man next to her she would be back in a few minutes and to keep it for her. This has happened twice now. The first time a couple were watching clothes in the dryer. Had their baby in the basket and refused to relinquish it. I contacted the owner and suggested a few more carts would be helpful. She said, "If you don't like my business the way it is, you are free to go elsewhere". Ok then...I will, and suggest others do the same.
