When her office couldn't process my payment, they texted me and I responded instantly providing them with my new debit card number. The second time this happened they charged me $25 without telling me when I spoke with them the day prior. I noticed this charge and thought they raised my rate without informing me. This is what insurance companies do. So I emailed asking for clarification . I was so shocked that Rene called me as I was on my way to MI. She began the conversation in a very aggressive tone like how dare I ask her to clarify this $25 charge. She proceeded to accuse me of being irresponsible and one that doesn't pay my bills. She then said she was going to immediately cancel my policy because she didn't want a client that doesn't pay their bills. Wow just Wow! As I said I was in my car in my way to MI. The thought of my policy being cancelled immediately was very upsetting. I told this vile person that I will be canceling once I returned from MI. I've been with State Farm for years and until this horrible encounter I have never had a problem, and in fact I've been very happy with State Farm. I only wish I would have recorded this conversation. She was literally screaming at me. I have a funny feeling this isn't the first time this has happened with her. I would like to say the woman in her office (that I started my policy with, forgot her name) was lovely and professional. This review is not a reflection on her. Actually she should be the agent . So I just read some other reviews and no surprise, as I suspected this is not Renee's first rodeo, she's an angry and aggressive person. I knew I wasn't the only one that has this horrible experience with her. My advice, RUN do not sign up with this nasty person.

When the "sales" "person" "helped" us, she asked which brochures we wanted. My mother, I guess, didn't think about this point. So she deferred to me. I answered for her, pulling from the long list of places she constantly wanted to go but couldn't because she was "dumb stupid" (her words) and had a child (me--obviously).
