Dr. Eslami is one of the kindest, most compassionate physicians I have ever met. His calm demeanor, patience, and genuine concern for his patients immediately put me at ease. He took the time to answer every question, never made me feel rushed, and treated me with such kindness that I always felt I was in the best hands. Dr. Eslami is also an exceptionally skilled periodontist. I originally expected gum grafting on two teeth, but during surgery he was able to successfully treat four teeth in addition to performing my frenectomy. His precision, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome far exceeded my expectations. The results have been nothing short of amazing. The before-and-after photos I attached were taken just one week apart, and I was blown away by the transformation in such a short time. Knowing that I'll continue to heal over the coming months makes me even more appreciative of Dr. Eslami's expertise. I also want to recognize Shauna, Sarah, and Aubrey, who made every visit a positive experience. They were warm, compassionate, reassuring, and genuinely fun to be around. I visited for a lost filling (lower right second molar). A crown was recommended by her. I developed excruciating pains throughout my entire upper/lower jaw, gums, teeth, and upper neck after her temporary crown procedure. This lasted nearly 2 months, right up until another dentist addressed the pain by removing her temp crown and putting on his own. At my follow-up (originally for the permanent crown), Dr. Murphy spent barely a minute looking in my mouth before confidently declaring how a root canal was a must, based on "90% of her cases," not any imaging or patient-centered examination. When I emphasized that I had absolutely no pain whatsoever before her temporary crown procedure, she only gave me pitying looks, said teeth just wear away over time, insisted on no other alternative other than root canal, and suggested a "second opinion" -- from her referred endodontist she would have perform it, and Murphy to place the permanent afterwards. With my concerns of rushing invasive procedure, she sarcastically said we'll wait it out a week to see if it is a "magical tooth" that doesn't need a root canal to rid of the pain. Alarmingly, she even warned that without a root canal, an abscess would inevitably lead to tooth extraction. My insurance denied coverage for her crown procedure, stating no serious signs of decay or damage observed on their end. When I brought that up to her, she countered that insurance coverage denials are common at her practice, that they are accustomed to challenging and even threatening insurance companies. Other dental offices I contacted thereafter while seeking a new permanent dentist all disputed Dr. Murphy's certainty of a root canal based on my symptoms, one dentist office explaining that even slight misalignment of temp crowns can cause the pain I was experiencing. Her abscess/tooth extraction comments were sharply rejected by these other dental offices I called up. Even Dr. Murphy's own assistant seemed confused about her abscess/extraction warning. I opted not to move forward with any further treatment past her temp crown, got my refund and set up shop with another dentist who removed her temp crown and placed his own. Within only a week of his procedure, my pain is largely nonexistent, and I can now eat pain-free on that side again-no root canal needed. Near 2 months of torture and agonizing pain because of Dr. Murphy's rushed pressuring towards a costly invasive procedure. I am now seeing an incredibly reliable dentist. Guess I have a magic tooth after all, Dr. Murphy. Patients beware!!!

The dental assistant who took my Xrays was attentive and answered all and any questions that I had. She also made sure to ask about my dental history in great detail. My dentist Dr. Madiha Khan and amazing and ensured to thoroughly inspect my teeth. She gave me great recommendations and they were able to get me scheduled for my next visit immediately. Then when asked if we could prove there was an error after the fact if we could get a refund, she rudely said "we could talk about." She ultimately ended up making my wife reschedule for TWO WEEKS later. I called to complain and talked to a different woman who was very understanding, professional, and patient. (despite my frustration) She correctly identified my insurance, walked me through what I should have been asked to pay, and rescheduled my wife for two days later. This first woman, who again, turned away my wife who was in pain for her appointment despite her having the correct insurance she claimed to have, was completely unreasonable and unprofessional. She extended the pain my wife was having in her tooth and embarrassed her in front of the other people who were in line behind her. If I were you and this lady was the receptionist I would wait until someone else was available and refuse to work with her. She no idea what she is doing and a miserable person to interact with. (This is not the first time shes been uninformed, unhelpful, and rude to us) This woman should have no place interacting with patients in any manner.

Cheryl, my hygienist, and Dr. McDonald and Ashley have been the most amazing team over the last year, in particular as I cracked two teeth as a result of extreme stress. They guided me through a very painful process and made sure my mouth feels and looks perfect at the conclusion of the work. The work performed is of high quality (as are the labs that they use - for crowns, implants, mouth guards). They have stayed on top of technology so imaging is easy, painless and comprehensive, including 3D digital models. They show the utmost care to their patients before, during and after procedures. The staff is friendly but still professional. The work above all else is thorough and exceedingly well executed. My husband has also had good experiences over the years (although he has needed less dental work, thankfully!) but as a family, we are beyond pleased. I couldn't recommend this dentist more highly. There are some cases when work is authorized by insurance at a certain expected amount, but the actual charges are different. I have never had an issue with this, as it's clearly explainable (the procedure had to go a different way, or the insurance covered something at a higher percent). The clinic "banks" any overpayment for us, and we use it for any charges we might accrue going forward. They have offered to reimburse us as well, but with a family that goes to the same dental clinic, keeping the overpayment there simplifies things for my purposes and I appreciate that they are willing to do that.
