Dr. Eslami is one of the kindest, most compassionate physicians I have ever met. His calm demeanor, patience, and genuine concern for his patients immediately put me at ease. He took the time to answer every question, never made me feel rushed, and treated me with such kindness that I always felt I was in the best hands. Dr. Eslami is also an exceptionally skilled periodontist. I originally expected gum grafting on two teeth, but during surgery he was able to successfully treat four teeth in addition to performing my frenectomy. His precision, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome far exceeded my expectations. The results have been nothing short of amazing. The before-and-after photos I attached were taken just one week apart, and I was blown away by the transformation in such a short time. Knowing that I'll continue to heal over the coming months makes me even more appreciative of Dr. Eslami's expertise. He was able to give me a referral to a lovely oral surgeon who took care of my wisdom tooth extraction easily and he took care of all of the cavities. The dentist who looked at the original xrays specifically pointed out that the 3 "cavities" diagnosed at Shorewood Family Dentistry were in fact still in the initial phase of decay, and not through the enamel yet. Dentists, like all many of us I guess, have to pay their mortgages and student loans. But there is no excuse! I also found it not only odd, but possibly suspicious, that the dentist himself chose to clean this child's teeth instead of having the hygienist do it. I'd never heard of that happening before.

My new dentist reports ZERO cavities, and took more extensive X-rays to confirm his finding...or lack thereof. Therefore, Dr. Stemberger led me to believe I had a total of eight cavities, AFTER finding out my insurance would not cover his service. This is the first review I have ever written for anything, and my experience with this doctor needed to be shared. He was exploiting my lack of insurance coverage, and taking advantage of my situation. As a young woman, I wanted to write this review in hopes that it prevents someone else from being deliberately mislead and taken advantage of. Even if you are experiencing pain, please do more research on dentists in the Milwaukee area before choosing Dr. Stemberger for your dental services.

Meggie Graham is the most caring dentist I have ever had. I not only have a fear of dentists, but also a fear of speaking to other humans. I work from home and spend most of my free time talking with my cats and fish. While they don't talk back, I know they are listening. When I have to go to the dentist, I know Dr. Graham is listening too! She is thoughtful, kind, and the only way I could like her more is if she was covered in fur and liked to play with ribbons. Then I might just have to take her home and scratch her belly all day! Not only is she nice, but she cleans my teeth like it's nobody's business! She gets in all the nooks and crannies, blast away plaque, and leaves me feeling refreshed and confident. She is like the worlds best cleaner fish, and I am the Great White Shark she feeds off of. I walked in to Lake Park Dental to a chipper and friendly receptionist. The waiting room was cozy with lots of attention to detail and an obvious dedication to Milwaukee (based on the numerous pictures of Milwaukee hanging on the walls) The rest of the staff including Dr. Heitke was also very welcoming and the office was so family friendly that I didn't feel overwhelmed. The overall experience was awesome based on the genuine positive attitudes of the staff and how personable they all were. I actually enjoy going to the dentist! I never thought I would be saying those words...but if it wasn't for Lake Park Dental I probably would still be neglecting the dentist offices. Cheryl, my hygienist, and Dr. McDonald and Ashley have been the most amazing team over the last year, in particular as I cracked two teeth as a result of extreme stress. They guided me through a very painful process and made sure my mouth feels and looks perfect at the conclusion of the work. The work performed is of high quality (as are the labs that they use - for crowns, implants, mouth guards). They have stayed on top of technology so imaging is easy, painless and comprehensive, including 3D digital models. They show the utmost care to their patients before, during and after procedures. The staff is friendly but still professional. The work above all else is thorough and exceedingly well executed. My husband has also had good experiences over the years (although he has needed less dental work, thankfully!) but as a family, we are beyond pleased. I couldn't recommend this dentist more highly. There are some cases when work is authorized by insurance at a certain expected amount, but the actual charges are different. I have never had an issue with this, as it's clearly explainable (the procedure had to go a different way, or the insurance covered something at a higher percent). The clinic "banks" any overpayment for us, and we use it for any charges we might accrue going forward. They have offered to reimburse us as well, but with a family that goes to the same dental clinic, keeping the overpayment there simplifies things for my purposes and I appreciate that they are willing to do that. Highly recommend the team at Modern Touch!

Today I had an appointment at 8am, and silly me I had it in my calendar for 8:45. My fault, yes. I'm a busy woman, and made a mistake. I received a call that they are charging my account $50 for a "no show" and that they will no longer provide care to me... Over ONE late appointment! I asked if I'd ever signed a document acknowledging the $50 policy and was told that I hadn't and that the new policy went into effect about a year ago. They are sending a final bill and refuse to provide my medical records to another office until the balance is paid. This doesn't seem legal yet alone I'm shocked that this is how they treat their patients. I'm just at a loss for words and respect for this practice and the new doctors that are running it into the ground. The previous doctor was incredible and so kind. This is so unfortunate. Off to find a new dentist and you should too! Don't get caught off guard like I did.

The smile I was promised was very short lived and soon after I paid for my services i have returned several times after my front teeth simply come unglued time and time again. My dream smile has never been the product as I was promised and Now that Dr. Michael Giolovin has left the practice and the The dentists at South Shore group claim no responsibility for my ongoing problem with my teeth falling off. Their solution? They say it's bite issue and they simply want to wash their hands of their responsibilities sending me away in tears and without a plan to manage and fix the job of fixing my teeth as the group guaranteed on consultation. On my last visit 7/25 a co-owner and dentist, Christian Harteu gave me a letter sending me to see yet another specialist, leaving me with loose veneers and no one wants to be responsible for Dr. Mike's work now that he has moved his practice to Florida. I feel hurt and cheated out of thousands of dollars and no one help in finding a solution to fixing my smile. As I write this report a tooth on my front left is wiggly and about to fall off. Dr. Eslami is one of the kindest, most compassionate physicians I have ever met. His calm demeanor, patience, and genuine concern for his patients immediately put me at ease. He took the time to answer every question, never made me feel rushed, and treated me with such kindness that I always felt I was in the best hands. Dr. Eslami is also an exceptionally skilled periodontist. I originally expected gum grafting on two teeth, but during surgery he was able to successfully treat four teeth in addition to performing my frenectomy. His precision, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome far exceeded my expectations. The results have been nothing short of amazing. The before-and-after photos I attached were taken just one week apart, and I was blown away by the transformation in such a short time. Knowing that I'll continue to heal over the coming months makes me even more appreciative of Dr. Eslami's expertise. I also want to recognize Shauna, Sarah, and Aubrey, who made every visit a positive experience. They were warm, compassionate, reassuring, and genuinely fun to be around. Their kindness helped turn what could have been a stressful experience into one where I actually looked forward to my appointments. Thank you as well to David for helping coordinate my care throughout the process. It is rare to find a practice where exceptional clinical skill is matched by such genuine compassion. That culture clearly starts with Dr. Eslami and extends throughout his entire team. Thank you all for changing my smile and for taking such wonderful care of me. This is hands down the best, BEST dentist around. They don't overcharge just needs what needs to be…read moredone. They offer second opinions if wanted. They work efficiently as an office staff. My 13 and 15 year old sons get care there too. You won't be disappointed so try them. Dr Sandvick is my personal favorite! But my sons say the other dentist are great too. Happy Flossing!!
