Now come with the new issues arising in the country, we decide to not proceed as to not cause any issues that will not help her in her case. Mind you when we signed up we strictly brought up that if we do not go through with the case would they refund some of the money. They assured us they would. I even have a recording of this. Fast forward to today. We called to cancel and what do you know... We won't refund you your money. They keep it even though they have not done anything in the case because they never received any paperwork from us so it's impossible for them to say they did a lot of work already.
