I called twice to get info about hiring them. When they returned my call the woman explained that a consultation would be $300. I was surprised it cost just to speak to the lawyer about my case. She said, "If you can't afford it, I can send you somewhere else." How rude! I just don't want to waste my money on a consultation if he can't help me after all. Also they want $7,000 upfront paid in full. This is a red flag. Most law firms offer a payment plan. What if I pay $7k and they don't contact me for 5 months! I only keep paying if I am satisfied with your service. This place is a walking red flag. Don't bother calling. You can get better service from a lawyer who respects people on the phone. read more

They didn't give so much information like Sassoun did and they didn't deserve to be trusted as Sassoun Nalbandian. It was in 2019, I was studying in Glendale Community College and I had lots of friend who studied there with me, and I asked all of them about recommendations of immigration lawyers because some of my friends recently got green cards or approvals on their cases. I was surprised but more than 5 people told me about Sassoun Nalbandian's office and told me many stories how he helped and changed their life's. I had the worst experience with mr.Nalbandian, unfortunately I chose him to represent me in immigration court. My experience with this attorney was hell. I couldn't reach him sometimes for 3 weeks and when he finally answered the phone,the first thing he asked was about money. Not discussing my case or defense strategy,it was always a demand for more money. Otherwise,he was threatened me to not show up at court. Can you imagine how traumatizing was it?
