      Called Colin after 22:00 for help with towing me and my broken down car back to my house. He…read morearrived incredibly fast, was very professional/helpful and offered some expert advice for me moving forward. I had some issues trying to get payment to him (which is embarrassing for anyone) but Colin was very patient with me and it really meant a lot how unhurried he was when it came time to pay. Prices are completely reasonable and fair for the services he gives. Don't think you'd be able to find someone cheaper than he is to recover you. I would not recommend ANYONE else except Colin if you need a 24 hour recovery service. He is the best of the best and I appreciate everything he did for me and how professional and fast he was. 20/10 as 10/10 just doesn't seem enough. Thanks very much for everything, Colin.

Delighted with Phoenix service and attitude to us on every occaision we've been to them - shame Honda is so inconsiderate and bureaucratic (to put it politely) to deal with in relation to our most recent problem with the Civic. Would probably consider buying a Honda again just to ensure we can deal with a garage as nice as this.

At first seemed ok, although never once was I given a receipt.The other year while my car was in for repair I was told I needed my full braking system done, which I paid for. Approx 18 months later again i was told my brakes "were a disgrace" and needed done..again.I again paid for this work,i then had to return car for various reasons..front brakes seizing on, also handbrake seized on. I have now just been informed my rear brakes have never been changed in years, never mind twice in under 2 years, only adjusted to improve them. With no receipts I have no comeback for this. SO DONT BE ROBBED LIKE ME!!

It took me two visits of asking for an update before a part was mysteriously sourced within ten minutes of my second visit. I was then quoted a rather high repair bill but due to desperation, I agreed to get it done, on the assumption that it would also be re-MOT'd at the end of it. I was phoned on the day, after the repairs were done, to be told that I would not be getting an MOT and if I wanted one, due to the time it took to get repaired, I would have to pay full price again. I ultimately took my business elsewhere and regret ever going there.

When i went to drop my car off I said to my friend I had a bad feeling and no chance was my car going to pass and guess what it failed. I was quoted £145 to replace a cracked bolt in the suspension. When i phoned around I was told £99 was the max. I queried the cost and £42 was immediately taken off. The pick up time was put back and back as they were having problems getting some old screws off when I eventually did pick up the car I drove to the top of the road and had to come back. Ever time I turned the steering wheel the car shuddered. After twenty minutes of" looking over" the car the Manager returned to say nothing was wrong. When I left the garage the problem had magically disappeared.I will never use or recommend this garage again and if I had seen the previous review I would not have booked. No point getting a cheap MOT when you have no faith in the integrity of the garage. If I knew where the old guy who used to work there had gone I would go there next year but will definitely not be coming back to this place. Avoid!
