I reached out to Glenloch by email about a broken front door lock and I got a response within 15 minutes. My door has a lock made by a Turkish manufacturer that sells mostly in the Middle East and Europe. Glenloch was familiar with the company but had never worked on their locks, nor could they source the parts for this brand. Although Glenloch ultimately was not able to help me, their professionalism and work ethic came through in my brief interaction with the company. I had a wonderful experience with Glenloch Locks. We bought a new house and wanted the locks rekeyed, and we had a key break off in a lock in our old house. We were renovating a home, lost track of the available keys and thought it best to rekey rather than attempt to retrieve them. Chris responded quickly to my Yelp quote request and was on the job within two days (we were flexible and did not consider this an emergency). Chris replaced multiple keys with one key and reinstalled two of the locks that had initially been installed incorrectly by the contractor. One of the locks had an alignment issue, which would have been detrimental to its ongoing performance, and Chris got it working smooth as silk.
