I went from being outgoing, happy and confident to avoiding all socializing and feeling hopeless. On top of that, I was getting sick frequently because my immune system was constantly battling infections in my mouth. I didn't want to visit the dentist because I was so embarrassed by my teeth. I thought my only option was dentures, which I was not interested in because being a 40 year old with dentures would still be somewhat embarrassing for me, rightly or wrongly. I somehow discovered the existence of the All-on-4 permanent implant procedure and immediately started researching it. I decided I wanted zirconia implants because if you're going to do it, it would be foolish to try to save a few bucks by getting weaker and less visually appealing implants. My plan was to visit 3 or 4 different dentists, but the first one I went to was Dr. Kyle Polasek and I knew instantly because of his energy, passion, and experience that this is who I want to do the procedure. I should also point out that Dr. Kyle has a great team of ladies at this office. Morgan, Ashley, and Tiffany are amazing and made me feel even more confident that I was in the right place. I had the procedure done a month ago, on a Friday, and was back at work on Monday. I was expecting to be in pain for weeks but I had very little pain for just a few days. It's incredible. The best part is I'm already returning to my old self, even with just the temporary implants in. I didn't realize how much my poor teeth affected me mentally until now. Don't be like me and waste years of your life because you're embarrassed by your teeth. The was the best decision I've ever made. I will update this review when I get my permanent implants in, but for now I am 1000% happy.

He did his best, but the tooth must have been cracked and was still problematic 2 weeks later. I'd been in pain for a long time at this point and called the office to try to be seen and was so grateful Vaniesia (I hope I spelled that right- she was fantastic) was able to get me in asap for a consult with Dr Kossak. I was so relieved to be seen so soon and Brittany was his assistant during my procedure. She was funny, warm and kind and her energy calmed me down and helped me to feel relaxed. During my consult with Dr Kossak, he was very attentive, empathetic, and compassionate. He knew how much trouble that tooth has caused and said he could remove it that day! I was so relieved and it's also refreshing when a Dr really listens to you. Adia was also wonderful and knew I was nervous and was able to sprinkle in lovely words of wisdom that put my anxiety at bay. Dr Kossak was so quick with the procedure and here I am the next day with very little pain or soreness. I'm so relieved and already feel so much better. I live 48 minutes away from them but they were the only place I could get an emergency appointment with that being said, they called me 11 minutes before my scheduled appointment time and informed me that their X-ray machine wasn't working properly.they said "hopefully your not on your way already". I told them I was pulling into their parking lot as we were speaking... I asked if my referring dentist could send them my x-rays.they said yes.when I arrived into the office, I waited 15 minutes for the receptionist for give me my new patient forms after filling the patient forms out,I waited another 15 minutes to be seen by Dr.Mark Dylewski who informed me that there was not anything that could be done for me today.Dr.Dylewski said he couldn't get a good look at the emailed/faxed X-rays that were sent over from my referring dentist..Dr.Dylewski told me that the X-ray machine went down the day before my appointment... so they could've called me the day before my appointment or the morning of to inform and reschedule with me...My Appointment was at 9:30am, they open earlier than that ... I drove 48-50 minutes to get to Bloomfield hills,Great expressions... Dr.Dylewski asked if he could take a look in my mouth so I let him obviously, he poked around then proceeded to bang on my teeth that were in pain with nerve exposures... this was an supposed emergency appointment... I was pain went I got there and even more pain and embarrassed for crying when I left. I called great expressiona when I got home to make a follow up for the procedure, couldn't get me in for two a half weeks later said they sent in a prescription.... I had to call back 3days later to ask why wasn't my script sent....Dr.Dylewski sent me a steroid(which I cannot take for health reason) and an two antibiotics on two different occasions... to top it off I had to pay a consult fee of 35$ but they assured me that I'd be reimbursed within 7 to 10 days.... I still haven't received it back .... ive contacted them twice Now about it and still haven't received my 35$ ...
