Which totally came in handy for my poor older child who inherited my crowded jaw. We went to about four other consultations until we found Dr Vaitas. Some wanted to remove teeth, some wanted to do jaw surgery, but Dr V explained we should wait until a growth spurt & then with lots of rubber bands (for me, since I kept finding them in the vacuum), he could move everything where it needed to go. Two years to fix and four years later without braces & my child's teeth are still perfect! We also weren't charged for a 2nd retainer when Dr V wanted to use a more robust version. My other child's jaw is fine but teeth were crazy crooked. 1.5 years into treatment & almost done with zero issues. Zero interest payment plans & very reasonable rates. Great assistance with insurance processing. Staff are super friendly & we're never kept waiting. Semi annual retainer checkups included forever. Would recommend to anyone!!

They told me they were called in to the pharmacy. Went to the pharmacy. Prescriptions not there. Called Brightside while I was at the pharmacy. On the phone 20 minutes while they tried to figure it out. Ended up leaving without prescriptions. One hour later I called the pharmacy back. They told me they have three of the four prescriptions. The fourth one couldn't be filled because they had to do it over the phone And the pharmacist could not accept the painkiller prescription over the phone. The pharmacist suggested an alternate painkiller that he could take over the phone. Bright side said no we will just send it to another pharmacy. Went and picked up the three were available. Called Brightside again to find out where the fourth prescription was being sent because I received no phone call. They had since all this started closed for the day. No one called me to tell me what pharmacy to go to. Left a scathing message on their voicemail. Someone eventually called me back and tried to tell me what happened. I told her I knew what happened because I spoke with the pharmacist. I also told her that I knew the pharmacist had suggested an alternate painkiller which they said no. I told them to call the pharmacy And give them an alternate painkiller for my son that I could pick up. One hour later I called the pharmacy and no one had called in an alternate painkiller. My son just had surgery to have wisdom teeth removed. He has no pain painkiller for the weekend. Do not use Brightside Dental. They are stunningly incompetent.

I have gotten cleanings, cavities filled, a crown and Invisalign through this dentist. They also referred me to get my wisdom teeth taken out a few years ago. I don't love the dentist like most people, but they are compassionate and patient when I was in pain or uncomfortable.
