While looking for the items I came to purchase Michelle came from the back stating I look confused or startled. I brushed it off continuing to look for my items. I grabbed the Lysol bottle and went to ask them was there any bottles that's smaller than the one I had in my hand. That's when I approached the both of them who is discussing how disgusted they are by me being in the store, that's when Isabel make the remark get out. I asked her was that pertaining to me she was startled. I put the Lysol bottle back where I picked it up from, and I did as such. Before I left I requested the store number that's when the manager asks. How can she help me and I requested the store number from her. Also requesting both associates names. We considered driving back home for two hours to retrieve it , but first decided to Google pharmacies near Grand Rivers . We found McConnell Pharmacy. What a true pharmacy it is! They were able to call our local pharmacy and get his prescription information. Not only did they fill the medicine, they delivered it to our hotel! Phenomenal service... and for total strangers. Well beyond the call of duty, but we are eternally grateful to McConnell,,, We can't say enough how much we appreciate such great customer service!

I was made to feel like a drug addict for coming here to pick up meds a few days too soon, all I had to be told RESPECTFULLY was that it was 3 days too soon and to come back. Like I was not aware that that was a thing. I was spoken to like a complete child, by 2 PEOPLE at that. It took 2 people to repeat the same thing? When all it had to be was "you have to wait 3 more days". The "do you need me to get you a calendar" and laughing saying it doesn't matter that my doctor sent it in or the app said I could pick it up was unnecessary. My husband and I have complained to the "manager" but we all know how that goes. I went to pick my meds up today and Jessica's demeanor was also garbage but I could tell she was "trying" lol. Anyway. As soon as I find a new pharmacy I will not be returning. I'd be embarrassed to work alongside folks like that myself but hey. It is Princeton Kentucky right. ‍

I went to the drive through and was told that my order was in the system and that she would get it…read moreprocessed and it would be ready in two hours. Went back the next day and stood in line inside without the cashier acknowledging me, even though there was no one else in front of me. Instead she took care of two other people who weren't in line. Then when I was finally helped, the cashier told me that the product wasn't in stock and I'd have to come back the next day. That should have been conveyed to me when I was in line at drive through the day before or via text.

We went back three hours later and the prescriptions weren't ready yet. They said it would be another 20 minutes. We live 17 mile from Walgreens. A month ago I had a flare so bad I couldn't walk or close my fingers. Last week Wg was late again with my Rx and I'm again in awful pain. On 1/8/18 I was given 2 different dosages of the same drug! Taking both could be have been disastrous, luckily I asked. In 2017 I had a Rx transfered from a natural apothecary to Wg, and they gave me TEN TIMES the prescribed amount. I took it for only two days and experienced a thyroid storm, had muscle weakness, fell, and was injured. I could have died. Wrote to the company and never got a response. This is the last straw. I will transfer my prescriptions to a local pharmacy that cares. :(
