Worst experience I've ever had with a Doctor (Dr. Naidu). My regular GP was unavailable, so I was booked to see Dr. Naidu. I have been struggling with anxiety my whole life and as a teenager, had a severe eating disorder. After exhausting all other treatments, therapy, mediation, exercise, I was ready to try anti-depressants. Naidu hardly even looked me in the eye, showed zero empathy to my situation and had the nerve to tell me my situation was potentially hormonal. Thank you for being the most stereotypical male doctor I've ever come into contact with... I'm surprised he didn't ask if I was on my period while he was at it. I told him I'm a highly educated, competent woman, and am advocating for myself. That I deserve to be treated and hear my options. He proceeds to tell me that if I'm having suicidal tendencies, to go to a hospital (the psych ward) for treatment. I said that is not where I'm at, but simply want the care I need and to ensure I am working the system to the best of my abilities while maintaining his code of ethics of course. He prints off a blood sheet test and sends me on my way to get hormone testing.. This man lacks any emotional intelligence skills and clearly only cares about getting his patients out of his room as quickly as possible. My review is somewhere between a 3 and a 4 so I'll be nice and round up. This is a clinic that is run by several family doctors and also has walk-in/after hours care. They are often accepting new patients too which is rare in Calgary. I personally see Dr Hart. She is super friendly, very logical, loves to draw pictures to explain things and is great at presenting multiple options in a way that gives you a clear idea of pros and cons. She also is good about letting you know what can be tried next if treatment a) doesn't work. The office staff are friendly and don't have that "OMG I'm so burnt out" look of many clinics. They are patient, well mannered and efficient. The "back of the house" employees are quick to offer smiles when you are taken to an exam room or you pass them in the hall. It's also easy to get an appointment on short notice if it's urgent, or within a couple of weeks for something like a check up or not urgent issue. I appreciate that. The clinic itself is clean and well decorated. The only thing I'd fix about this place is the wait time. No matter what time of day it is (even first thing) they always seem a half hour behind. Putting me in the exam room on time is not the same thing as my appointment being on time if I sit there alone for 20-30 minutes. But the care is really good which balances the wait out, and I'm only ever waiting by myself (no kids) so it isnt too stressful. read more

It says it's open on Saturdays from 9-4 right on the door but it's 11am and they aren't open. They apparently open at 1, wish they advertised that better. Receptionist was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I got into a room within 15 minutes, saw a doctor within 20 and was out in less than an hour. read more

Dr. Naidu has been my primary caregiver for a few years now. He is always professional, friendly and helpful. The whole clinic is fast and efficient. For example, I had an appointment today at 1:40; I got to the office a few minutes early and was almost immediately escorted to the doctor's waiting room. I was finished my appointment by 1:47 with a prescription and everything. I also really appreciate that he doesn't over-prescribe. If you aren't sleeping well he will give you over the counter medicine to try and tips instead of giving you an expensive and possibly habit forming drug prescription. That said, he prescribes when needed too. Excellent service and a professional yet friendly demeanour here with little wait times. Best doctor I've had in a very long time. read more

Do not use the walk-in services here. I waited for over an hour and a half today and I was the only walk-in patient there! At least 20 people came and went ahead of me. All of them with pre-booked appointments. If they can't accommodate walk-in patients, they shouldn't be advertising it! read more

I sometimes see Dr. Wong, and I find she is lovely. She always calls with test results and leaves detailed messages. I couldn't bear for her not to get five stars. She is also very gentle during pap tests. I trust her and feel she is competent. read more
