Dr. Champagne and his team are extremely professional, personable and very customer focused. Their office team is very organized and work with my insurance seamlessly - makes it easy for me as it gets complicated. Most importantly, both he and Inga (his collegaue) ,have a very delicate working style which is rare from my experience- I learned the hard way. At the end of the day, their work speaks for themselves. Very pleased with their team! In sum, It's worth the drive and I wouldn't think about going anywhere else.

That seem to go really well except I was told I had a cavity that I should have filled. So I made a follow up appointment. When I returned, everything seemed fine at first. He started working on the cavity as normal, then all of a sudden, he told me that I needed a root canal. This was going to cost a lot more money, and he started shoving papers in front of me to sign. Now I'm basically stuck at this point, he and technicians really pressured me into signing some paperwork so he could perform a root canal which I honestly think was completely unnecessary. It was probably the worst dental experience of my entire life. I have never had a root canal before, nor have I ever had one since. Now there's a dead tooth in my mouth, which has been a source of misery for me ever since that day. I would not trust this guy to give you an honest evaluation, and highly suspect that he basically cons people into having expensive and completely unnecessary dental work. I kick myself for not taking him to court. I only hope this review saves some other people from having unnecessary dental procedures performed by this swindler.

I was recommended to Drs Jacob by a family member, and I couldn't have been happier with the visit. The waiting room is comfortably appointed with amenities, although I didn't get to stay there long, as I was ushered into the procedure room exactly at my appointed time. Dr. Joseph Jacob took the ex rays and pointed out the problem areas that needed addressing right away, and took immediate action when I thought I was just coming in for ex rays, as he found an abscess on a root base on an unsalvageable tooth that needed removing. Now I'm a big guy and resistant to Novocain, but he made sure I was numb and comfortable before working, never rushing and checking in frequently if I winced to see if I needed more Novocain. The procedure was long and complicated, and he took the extra time after the (painless) extraction to remove the infected tissue from the bone, saving the healthy bone matter, then suturing everything to prevent that horrible post-extraction feeling of dry socket. Truly a skilled oral surgeon. His manner all throughout was friendly, professional, and you could tell he knew exactly what needed to be done and had the experience to do it correctly. When in the hands of a healthcare professional it's important to have that level of trust in the competency of the doctor, and Dr Joseph didn't disappoint! My care plan requires future visits, and I'm confident that I'll receive the best care possible from him and his team.

My goal was simple: get a full set of X-rays, have my teeth examined, and receive a routine cleaning that is covered by my dental insurance. After my exam and X-rays, I was told that they recommended a deep cleaning instead of a regular cleaning. I was quoted approximately $1,200 out of pocket because my insurance would not cover the recommended treatment. While I appreciate that providers can recommend additional treatment when they believe it's necessary, I respectfully declined because I simply could not justify that expense. Since they couldn't fit me in for a cleaning that day, I returned the following day expecting to receive the routine cleaning covered by my insurance. Instead, I was told they would not perform a regular cleaning because they were not comfortable doing so unless I agreed to the deep cleaning. That left me completely frustrated. As a patient, I sought preventive care. I took time off, made the appointments, completed the examination and X-rays, and made the effort to be proactive about my dental health. Being refused a basic cleaning after declining an expensive treatment plan felt incredibly disappointing. I'm not a dentist, so I'm not questioning their clinical judgment if they genuinely believed a deep cleaning was medically necessary. However, from a patient perspective, the experience felt like I was given an all-or-nothing choice: either agree to a costly procedure or receive no cleaning at all. Whether that was the intention or not, that's certainly how it came across. The communication throughout the process also left a lot to be desired. Had I been informed upfront that declining the deep cleaning recommendation would mean they would refuse to perform any cleaning, I could have saved myself two trips, time away from work, and a great deal of frustration. What bothers me most is that I actually wanted to take care of my teeth. There are many people who wish they had dental insurance or access to dental care. I have insurance, I showed up for my appointments, and I was ready to receive preventive treatment that my plan covers. Instead, I walked away without any cleaning at all. The entire experience left me feeling that my time, my effort, and my commitment to my own health were not respected. Patients deserve clear communication, transparency about their options, and to feel that their concerns are heard--not pressured into a treatment they cannot afford. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office. I left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and no better off than when I walked in. I will be taking my dental care elsewhere and would encourage others to ask detailed questions before scheduling, especially if they are hoping to receive a routine cleaning through their insurance. I also spoke with the office manager, Marina Montalvo, hoping she could help resolve the situation or at least provide an alternative solution. Unfortunately, my experience was that she was not helpful, and I left the conversation feeling that my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed.
