Did not do what I originally wanted to fix the little chip on the one front tooth, instead replaced them with crowns. Which I absolutely hate, every time I look in the mirror I want to cry, I liked my original teeth And I paid up front and didn't get what I went there for so I requested my money back for work that was not done 2 teeth on bottom right needed to be pulled and replaced. Not done, but he took it upon himself to do other stuff. That I didn't ask for. Told the office that I will not be returning to this dentist Extremely unhappy with the situation and I feel that I deserve the money back for what was not done, but they refused to pay me back for the work not done. read more

RUN from this dentist he cares nothing about his patients and only about the money. i had seen him and after he was jabbing my gums for 20 minutes i developed an infection he would not even look in my mouth without another appt. i had to go to another dentist for antibiotics. My mother in law had a similar experience with him. As a big candy eater i have seen a lot of dentists but this one was by far the worst. i only gave him 1 star because he gave out comfortable t shirts that we all wear to bed. Incompetent dental work reported to the state dental ethics board (full documentation and proof) and refusal to release all records to patient at no cost as required by law when no longer a patient. Absolutely true review, not fake as Zeik Dental will allege. Dr Zeik missed a root from root canal procedure; subsequent dentist caught his incompetence. Zeik Dental overcharged for visits and refused to fully refund after insurance paid them. Be forewarned! Zeik dental performed a root canal and missed a root! Thank goodness the new dentist saw it before crown was done. In addition, they fraudulently billed for service on the tooth. And beyond that, they requested a predetermination of benefits for an unnecessary procedure. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and dishonesty as with Dr Zeik and his office. I urge anyone looking for a dentist to go elsewhere....there is currently a serious problem with Dr Zeik. He cannot be trusted and the root he missed was spotted by the new dentist immediately. I have always had such fears going for any type of dental work but Dr. Zeik has given me a new sense of trust in both pain free dentistry and the overall compassion and understanding he extends. He is the best! I drive over an hour just for Dr. Zeik to do my cleanings. he has an amazing work ethic and takes his time to explain you the best options and treatments. If you are in need of a general dentist, Dr. Zeik is an acceptable option, although I have learned that there are better options near both his Red Bank and Marlboro practices. If you are in need of any extensive or cosmetic dentistry, I would urge you to find another practice. I had previously referred my wife, both parents and other family members to Dr. Zeik after our positive experience with basic general dentistry (cleanings, fillings, exams), and unfortunately, every one of my family members has paid the price when more extensive work was done (root canals, crowns, etc) by Dr. Zeik. Almost all of the work that my family and I have had at his practice, has had to be re-done by another dentist. His work is cosmetically unappealing as he uses a low cost out-of-state dental lab, and more importantly, the quality of the work was not clinically sound in my family's cases. His dental work led to the permanent loss of teeth for both myself and my wife. Further to these issues, since transferring to a different practice, his office has been unprofessional and non-responsive in dealing with billing issues and in requesting copies of our dental records. If you have generally good dental health and don't anticipate requiring any major work done, Dr. Zeik may meet your needs, but I would strongly urge everyone to seek treatment elsewhere. read more

Dr. Zeik was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Although I despise going to the dentist and have very sensitive teeth, he made it as minimally traumatic as possible, and taught me a thing or two about teeth, gums, sinus' etc. I am glad to have found him and look forward to future cleanings (with no cavities!) read more

Dr. Zeik is amazing. I am from out of town and was visiting NJ. I had severe mouth pain and needed assistance ASAP. I looked up dentists in the area and was lucky enough that Dr. Zeik saw me right away. Both he and his assistant were so pleasant and helpful. Dr. Zeik was very professional and took care of my needs immediately. My only complaint it that Dr. Zeik isn't located in Florida; what a shame! I came here because of the Yelp reviews and he is a great dentist! As a new patient I told the doctor my past experiences and what other dentist told me I needed which I held off of because I felt it was just them wanting money. Turns out I was right and Dr. Zeik confirmed it! He was extremely through and helpful and is not out to scam you for your money. The previous dentist said I needed $800 in cavaties which is ridiculous since I take great care of my teeth I am glad I held off and found a dentist who isn't a scammer! read more
