The attendants touch the screen and swipe your card for you so you don't have to reach out of your car. Super helpful for short people like me. They also provide free towels. I haven't used their vacuums yet, but I'm sure they're fine. I'll update my review if they don't work well for me.

Went into get my elderly MIL car cleaned and this woman and the kiosk did a HARD up-sell to buy the monthly car wash that we could cancel easily - that we would get notice to do so - we went one time - I don't live there and my MIL can't go on her own - so next thing i know i get a monthly charge again for higher 30 days later and now they won't refund it - so my one car wash ended up costing over $50 for a friggin drive through= after repeated emails back and forth - still no grace on the refund. Really upsetting experience - btw very hard to even hear the details on what the offer entailed at the entry of the car wash with all the noise. BEWARE - do not get sucked in here.

I attempted to call someone at the company's headquarters but was advised that I had to email customer service. I subsequently emailed customer service and was advised that yes I was billed at $39.99 a month and the highest rate was indeed $32.99. I was then advised that the current rate is now $39.99 a month so I was not eligible for a refund. I explained to the representative again (all via email) that I only wanted to pay what the highest paying customer was paying during the time I was overpaying. The representative doubled down and stated I was ineligible for a refund. This literally is thievery behavior. I literally use the carwash once to twice a month and this idiot representative costs the company a loyal paying customer. Text exchange with the representative: Message: I would like to talk with a representative regarding my account. On a recent visit I was advised that I have been paying an additional $10.00 a month since I started my account. Please give me a callback. I filled out a form online for JM and was called at 8:15am. I got my quote, then called back for scheduling. They told me it would take several hours on a wait in store and I said that was fine. I came in this morning while Memphis has 125k without power and not only did they still have power, but they also have a generator. I was out by 11:30. My car is put completely back together and you can't tell other than for the glass manufacturer name that anything was done. I'd been here before years ago for peck fixes but COVID sent me to full time remote. I made the drive up from DeSoto even if it required extra. Well worth the trip and anything extra I paid. Nothing is worse than having to correct someone else's screw up--but I seriously can't tell anything was done inside the car. My review of the offender is also here on Yelp.
