I am patient with that but gave up after a few attempts to understand. Water leak led to wet floors that were dangerously slippery in their pedi cave. Gel polish was done in record time which was ok but then the 1 hour add on lasted about 20 minutes. $60 in 30 minutes. Poor performance and disappointing since a few say these are good, relaxing pedicures. Unfortunately, I didn't get the same experience. I would go elsewhere.

I've had a good number of pedicures, and the water for soaking your feet is always blue, containing some sort of antiseptic. Our water, however, was just plain water. My tech spent the entire time during my pedicure conversing with the tech to him. The leg massage was not relaxing at all. in fact, I would say it was rather uncomfortable. They were super accommodating for my large bridal party (bride, 7 girls, and 1 mom) to have their hair done. They opened especially for us to get our hair done and brought in extra staff to help out! The girls had us all done in 2 hours! They helped order me the lip gloss I was using so that I could reapply as needed during the day. They offered the great option of paying all in full for a discount and include tip right away so that no one has to worry about bringing money along the day of. After my technician completed my nails, I had mentioned to another technician that I'd rather just have the dip powder taken off because it looked terrible. The top coat dried so that the nail didn't appear shiny or even smooth! The technician was told by the owner to put an Orly gel top coat on top. The gel coat wasn't sealed on all of the nails and was still tacky. Lint embedded into some of the nails after a while. Not even 4 hours later, it began peeling off. Such a waste of money and not at all how dip manicures are done. Why offer them?! Now I have to go elsewhere to get this taken off and pay for it. Would have been better off to heed the previous review.
