Years ago like 2022 I loved their clothes they were made with good quality fabric and true to size. I was a large girl so I loved the large sizes.. a little pricey but I loved the styles. Then all the sudden the clothes were terrible fabric and did not look online like what I received in the mail. I returned a few things but it was a huge hassle. Then all the sudden I'm hearing they closing with no reason what so ever. I was really kind of sad but I had stopped ordering because all they had were these really expensive t shirts it was really ridiculous.. I don't want a bunch of tshirts!! Buyer beware!!!!! It saddens me to make this review but I feel like I owe it to other people what a fraud this company is. First of all, I have been a customer since the very first week this store was open in Sherman on Crockett street. They had amazing clothes- great quality and great price! I watched this company grow from a local store to an internet powerhouse. I truly feel like they had no idea how to handle their rapid growth. At all. Fast forward to this summer and they had a huge sale in the warehouse. I noticed a huge drop in quality. The clothes didn't even last one wash. The purse I bought lasted 3 days. I took a chance and bought a huge order online- took over 30 days for ANY communication on where my order was and was eventually refunded after 50 days- only after I threatened to take them to court. Please do not support this business. MULTIPLE people who have worked for or know the owner have told me how insane the owner is and how she no longer cares about her customer base. Many other boutiques sell the same clothes and you get them within 7 days. I will not ever buy from Glitzy Girlz ever again. read more

BUYER BEWARE - CAUTION - POOR QUALITY, SLOW SHIPPING, NO RETURNS. Took a month to receive products. After 3 weeks, I emailed asking for an ETA, and was given a generic response of, "when we have a sale, it takes a lot longer to get orders processed, our girls are working on it". According to many other reviews, this appears to be an ongoing issue, time to fix it "girls". Out of the 5 items I ordered, 1 "kinda" fit, the remaining 4 absolutely did not. I was very conscious of the sizing and used their guide to order the correct size. However, the sizing is not consistent, and doesn't match to the actual product. All the items (tops) are cut strangely, the shoulder seams are about 2" above my elbows, prints were sewn crooked, all tops are made from cheap material and are extremely thin. Furthermore, due to their lack of standing behind the products they sell, which is a major red flag, items are non-refundable. Yes, they "might approve" an exchange or offer store credit - but who in the heck wants more of this subpar clothing - not me. So, to the trash they go. (Yes, they will actually be donated). Please, don't waste your money. There are other online plus size clothing options that offer quality clothing and refunds when necessary. read more

I ordered a cooler on Feb 9th which I received an order confirmation. When I clicked to check status it said that a label had been printed. After 3 weeks went by, I finally reached out to them for an update on my order. They replied and said to please allow 10 business days. So, I replied and said it's been 17 business days and could you please update me. Finally, I had to send another email stating we are now on day 19 and can I please get an update, or I would have to report them to PayPal. They replied and said they were sorry, I just took a look at your order and sadly it was lost in transit with the mail carrier. Unfortunately, we are now sold out of the cooler you ordered. I have issued you a full refund for your order! What kind of BS story is this they are trying to give me. Poor customer service. I will not be doing business with them ever again. read more

When I worked there it was unorganized. Clothes kept in dingy boxes and place is infested with rats and bugs. The clothes are all over the floor and thrown everywhere and stained and that is how we ship them out to the customers. Making money is all they care about and NOT the customer. read more

I had never heard of them before seeing a sponsored ad on my Facebook. They claim everything is 50% off and that alone should be ok to take an insane amount of time to ship out items. I ordered three weeks ago and they told me they wouldn't get to the date of my order for another three weeks putting me at about 2 months. That's not even a guarantee so it could be three months before I even see anything. I order things from SheIn sll the time for the same prices from CHINA for way faster. If they can't handle their business in a timely manner or hire more help then they are in the wrong business. They seem to be in way over their head. I couldn't even cancel my order that I don't even need anymore. They will definitely keep your money that's for sure. So beware of ordering from this business especially if you want it in an appropriate time frame. read more

I went into the store in the beginning of February and had the WORST service of my LIFE. There was a red headed woman who completely ignored me a for the entire time I was in the store she didn't welcome me and didn't even ask if I needed help. There was a younger girl there with brown hair who mainly stayed up at the cash register on her phone. The clothes were poor quality and smelled like mold. Overall i'm very upset with our experience in this store I was trying to get my wife something nice for valentine's day. read more
