She proceeds to tell me that I can't have the items because they had already been refunded? I tried explaining to her that I had not been given a refund for the items, but she refused to believe me. Then she refused to give me the items and didn't want to give me my receipt. I told her it was my receipt with my information and she then said "you can take a picture of it" ummmmm NO MA'AM! I told her she could make a copy and keep the items, but I was not leaving the store without my receipt. She finally gave me the receipt and I asked her to give me the number to customer service who she claimed she call, to which she said "its on the back of the reciept, I said the back of the receiot is blank. She finally gave me the number. I go out to my car and called Customer Service and they instantly refund my money. Debbie treated me like I was a criminal, trying to steal a $50 purchase! When I go back in the store to tell her that 1) they refunded my money and 2) when she called they had told her to either refund the bras or give them to me to ship back for a refund and that she had lied when she said they told her no to leave with the bras, she refused to come out of the back. She is racist, and would not have treated a white woman in the manner in which she treated me. So they just lost a long time customer, because I do not deserved to ge treated like that, nor will I tolerate or reward her behavior by continuing to shop there. I will also be calling their corporote office a filing a complaint.

Instead, we were met with nothing but rudeness from the two girls at the front. They barely helped us, gave us attitude the entire time, and then outright lied to us about a dress. They told me a specific dress (which they conveniently didn't have in my size) was "custom-made for their store." That was complete nonsense because I found the exact same dress at another prom shop; for a cheaper price! It's one thing not to carry my size, but it's another to lie and make me feel bad about it.
