A simple request that I've made of other agencies, that is normally met with "sure let me pull up your policies and I'll take a look." But at Neis, I was told to go to the website and find the info there, then was told to look at my paperwork that was sent in the mail (which I didn't get). Clearly she did not want to help me. There actually was a discount that I had not received the prior year. It's important to follow up with your agency when your premium goes up. And people do make mistakes. I asked for the manager to talk to them about this, and she said she was the manager. So I had no recourse but to put a poor review on their website. They took it off. If I had just received an, I'm so sorry and an apology for the agents behavior, I would not have written this review. I understand that Dave is very good there, so I suggest if you want to work with them, work with Dave.
