Ok this is more of an update to my comment below the change in rating is because it's not a store…read moreissue but a corporate greed issue. After painlessly investigating why the service is so bad here I've come to realize it's not truly the store itself but Corporate, I use the analogy it's not the waitress but the cooks themselves, I've been soo frustrated with this store because I winter in AZ and never have a problem but I also notice that they tend to have more staff in Az at any given time. Obviously corporate cuts in Colo giving minimal staff for a high-volume store. Not only does the pharmacist have to give Vaccines which takes a while but also filling RX, unfortunately leaving the pharmacist stretched thin. Then they have only one other person to do the drive up, the front desk and stock RX for patients in the bin leaving NO ONE to answer the phones. In order to rectify this situation, it HAS TO START with corporate because I guarantee you that if a med error happens Corp. will throw the pharmacist under the bus.

The creaky wood floors and the "old" smell (IYKYK) were the best part of the shop for me! I love this place! I've been looking for a refill/reuse sustainable body care spot since I moved to Colorado- and I'm so glad I found this gem! What a neat store to offer recycled glass jars to use for shampoo, conditioner and body wash! I got a bar of their solid soap and I am loving it. They have everything relating to oral care, soaps, sustainable living (reusable plastic bags, wax wraps, etc). Even some really neat posters that I loved. I could've bought the whole store! Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, they were really great at answering any questions and were very personable. If you're in search of a great sustainable living spot, look no further :)

I came in on Mother's Day with my mom, I didn't want to say anything that day because I wanted my…read moremom to enjoy Mother's Day, but I'm really unhappy with how my service turned out. My nails are uneven, polish not fully covered, the cuticles were not pushed back or cleaned up, and the polish color was not what we selected. During my pedicure, the technician also had a ring underneath her glove that repeatedly scratched and poked my ankle during the service. The scratch has now become irritated and appears to be getting infected. She made the water scalding hot that you couldn't put your feet in, my mom and sister had the same experience. When asking to make it less hot she made it ice cold while laughing. I also felt uncomfortable because I have bruises on my leg that she repeatedly pointed out and pushed on. They really need to train their technicians on better sanitation and to not wear jewelry underneath their gloves.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon at 2pm as a walk-in and they sat me right away! I was here for a…read morepedicure because I spent spring, summer and fall playing sand volleyball and my heals were cracked. I chose the milk and honey pedicure because they recommended it for dry feet. They gave me water when I was sat and the colors to choose from. So many color options it was hard to pick, but I knew I wanted a dark almost black and I am very happy with how the color turned out! Also I'm VERY ticklish so when she started to massage my feet I had to fight back laughter and not to pull away, but she was very gentle and kind. One downside, I had no service and there is no available wifi. Thankfully I had some music downloaded but I couldn't sit on tiktok like I planned. Next time I'll bring a book or a friend. This was the TLC my feet needed! I'm very happy with the service and how close it is to where I live. They also have a rewards program you can sign up for, so if you frequent nail salons that's a huge plus! I'll definitely be back!

Ambience is a big role in my experience. The place was very clean, the lighting was just right (not…read moretoo bright) and the music was on point, not too loud and not crazy club music but also didn't put me to sleep. They offered me a drink as soon as I sat down (water, soda, wine!). The water was not quite warm enough and as soon as I asked to have it warmer they did it. The foot massage was excellent. I changed my mind on my color after seeing it on a couple toes and they happily accommodated. Really wonderful customer service- I would definitely recommend.
