I scheduled an appointment for a light brown ombre in December. The cost of a "color" I was quoted for was $130. When I went to the appointment in January, days before we were leaving for a wedding. I go in to get my hair colored, I mentioned again I wanted a light brown ombre. We end up doing a bleach balayage for $130, with no color. Mind you I have close to almost black hair, so putting bleach on it makes it strawberry blonde to light dirty blonde. It was unevenly bleached, parts were red, parts were blonde, and then super dark roots, she used foils, so it looked blocky and spotty, like a amateur student tried bleaching my hair. So I paid $130 for bleach, no color, she didnt even tone it down to look less ridiculous and dramatic. The stylist did not mention that it was a 3 step process till after I messaged her telling her I was unsatisfied because it wasnt really brown it was orange and blonde. She also said we never consulted about color, well I never remember just consulting about a bleach job, considering I said light brown ombre a few times. So if it was a 3 step process why didnt she say that while I was in her chair? If it was a 3 step process why did she let me leave without scheduling an appointment for color or even mention  before we did anything that color was an EXTRA COST, because when I made the appointment for a light brown ombre in December she told me $130. If i knew it was going to just be for bleach, I wouldnt have let her touch my hair. I didnt know $130 means exclusively bleach. She said she would fix it for $60, then $50 for the "confusion". Not to mention I was being generous and gave her a $30 tip. I dont think there was any confusion, she failed to communicate these things and took advantage. We had to correct how bad and uneven it looked with box color the day after. I reached out to 2 of my buddies that are licensed stylists and they even said $130 for JUST BLEACH and NO COLOR sounds like a rip off. Not very customer service orientated. Word of mouth, will not be going here again. Be CAREFUL of who you let bleach dark hair.

Second time, saw a different provider for botox on a different area. She was super nice and helpful. It was the last day of their holiday sales and I had been wanting to get the Morpheus package, and it was at 50% off. So, I discussed that with the provider that would be doing the Morpheus treatments, and it seemed like a great idea. I then scheduled the three sessions with the front desk lady, and it was very difficult because my schedule is extremely all over the place and the providers schedule is pretty tight. When I was scheduling it, the front desk lady did not mention that anybody else would be able to provide the service, and did not provide options outside of this one provider. This was a Sunday, the next day I checked my schedule for work, and realized that I will be gone about 90% of the year, and I tried to make it work with scheduling through the scheduling options on the website. Nothing was working for me and times just did not align. So, realizing that because of my government job and the fact that I will be gone most of the year and potentially thereafter, I requested a refund since no services had been rendered. I was told I would get a call back, I did the next day. I was told that I could not receive a refund and that the package never expires and I can use it whenever. But, I know that it was almost $2000 just thrown away because I might not be able to actually use it due to my demanding job. So, the lady that I talked to said that she would call back or somebody else would after they spoke with the owner, and she did one or two days later. She called me again and said the same exact thing that she had said previously, when I asked if she could provide me with the policy that strictly states that I could not receive a refund for packages purchased, she stated that she cannot do that and does not have that. She said she would ask the owner to send an email. I got pretty frustrated because I've been called multiple times on something that should be a simple matter. She continued to interrupt me on the phone, and I got pretty angry. She then said that we clearly are not going to reach an agreement on this, and she will have somebody else call me back. I then told her that I would either like my refund for the service that has not been rendered or I would like clear and distinct policy that was made or shown prior to me purchasing the package stating I cannot receive a refund. I then hung up. Her name is Jackie. Honestly, this was terrible customer service, a service was not rendered and I said I cannot receive any treatments or schedule due to military obligations, but was met with arguments from the staff stating that I will be able to use it and fit it in my schedule, even if it is two years from now and that's basically it. Definitely will not be going back, and they wanted me to come back and use that almost $2000 on other services as if I would feel comfortable enough receiving anything from them after that.

The woman that assisted informed me that they cannot give me the discount due to it, not saying active duty, but as a civilian, she did not know what she was speaking of.
